Question: Comet Storm, I don't understand how this is Bolas themed? I see Bolas in Torment of Hailfire. Help please. Is this in a story that he's casting Comet Storm?
He's really fun and a good commander. I have him as one of my decks. It's a discard/reanimator with lots of instants and sorceries. He usually gives me a good chance at winning!
I do like playing with my opponent's cards, and this is a very thematic way to do that and more. I think you put more thought into that deck than I have to most of mine!
Bolas's citadel paired with tutors that move cards to the top of your library would have been a great way to pull off that infinite combo sooner. Or more reliably at least
I like the finishing combo. I also have Kiki- Jiki, Zealous Conscripts, and Pestermite combo. Torment of Hellfire is in my deck. But Im going to add that last combo in. Thx for advice.
One of my favorite things about my Animar deck is I was able to ditch the traditional artifact ramp and mostly use creatures to do the same thing while fueling my commander. A one mana Llanowar Visionary just hits different 😂
I recently did a Nicole bolas planeswalker deck and I snuck a win at 6 life. Got out m21 tef and contagion engine and was able to loop infinite turns with other proliferates.
It was neat to watch your construction and I appreciate your deck creation, but I’m not that big of a fan of this deck. I would have loved to have seen some impact from the wheel effects and just a bit different than the normal Bolas deck. Thanks for sharing!
Deck looks good. Have you considered replacing darksteel ingot with skyclave relic? Same thing basically but relic has the kicker available if u pull it later
First things first. Your playmates are always amazing. Love the deck tech and for the price. You can’t go wrong. You got any good ideas for a Yarok? Not like the typical deck cause a lot use the same ideas with lil twisted. Something off meta. Always love your vids man. Mad love and be safe amigo
Nicol Bolas is a fun commander deck I don't have one but I love to play that style of deck because my favorite Commander to play is Sen Triplets which is theft and steal stuff so gracious I wish I could have a grixauos above all else have a nice day

In my packs, I got a relequay tower as my best card out of the 4 packs I opened. She opens 3 mythics including this guy! Like dang! That’s why I make sure she helps me whenever I open any packs.
I love how flavourful this deck is, even the two big finishers are bolas themed just love it!

I had the idea to use this Nicol Bolas to create a sort of Archenemy deck for EDH. I just could never quite figure out the rules. Maybe someday! 🤔

I built a Nicol Bolas deck with pretty much only Nicol Bolas related cards or have the art with Nicol Bolas.
