Thanks! I literally unboxed it, slapped the new parts on (wheels, wipers, mirrors, etc) and started this video even before the lithium ion battery that it came with was charged, using an older battery to drive long enough to film. I did not take time to even test things out prior. I literally turned it on for the first time right at the start of this video. Just like my other MN’s they always need the same hole on the horn adjustment to the steering. I have oral surgery early in the morning and only had a short amount of time to get this video ready with everything I had going on today! I hopefully will be back on TH-cam soon and I will be able to talk again soon afterward! I cant wait to mess around with this MN some! Thank you as always! I appreciate you! ☮️👍😎
@@carloshnunez Yay The steering radius is much much better with just that little change on the steering link to the outermost hole on the horn! This makes whet feels like a dozen times ive had to do this with MN brand RC’s.
I love this MN168! I apreciate your thoughts on it! I just fot home from surgery and all is well so I will have more content on it soon as I can speak again!
Man the stock wheels are the right look as the real 1970 model just wish they made them smaller than 1.9 inch. If you look at pics of the real 1970 range rovers you can see that they should have been a little smaller. These wheels have been with me for several years and Ive always said that one day I will be happy that I saved them! Im gonna eventually get the front brush guard. I did buy a nice metal roof rack last week with four lights and all LEDs included for only $10. Like these wheels here i paid right around $12 for all four and they are beadlock aluminum. I usually buy RC stuff on a whim when I see an awesome deal I buy then store for later use. Thanks for your thoughts on these wheels!
Oh yeah if you want the link to the kick ice price roof rack let me know. It can fit different size rc’s just depends on what you have and how u plan to use the roof rack. It fits this one almost identical to the pro model version hell the holes are pretty close but still require a drill bit for proper mounting. Let me know that way im not just putting it here for all to see before you get to read it then they all buy them.
@@deanmachinerc No thanks though. I ordered a bunch stuff. I got a Metal servo tray for the WPL, Metal Servo, and Miniture for the scx24. Oh that 3s battery has blown my Mind. Even with Portal axles i got wheel speed again. Really excited to get the straight axles fixed. Hope your Dental thing went good. I am not feeling right today. I think it is my meds. Dizzy . I really wanted to take the 3s out an kick some dirt. Tomorrow will work :) Oh man i took my traffic cones ( scale ) and put up gates. Tomorrows video should be entertaining hehehehe. Clown music an all.
@JamesDirtRC awesome! Thank you and so far I’m ok and outta surgery! I just love portals for certain builds but theres always a place for straight axles too which I love also! Im happy you got to get some new parts and are constantly keeping up great work and cool content! You are a great dude and its cool to hear updates from you and when you voice you opinion, thoughts, and ideas that are respectfully welcomed here! Its cool that you can enjoy nice slow scale crawling and also like to kick it on down the line on 3s too! I love it all! ☮️😃
Nice vehicle my friend, if you lower the steering link on the servo horn you can increase the turning radius

It looks good with those wheels. Mine should be here in a wheel and I’m definitely going to put a different wheel on in.
Awesome! Its such a nice RC. I think its the best for its great price and really nice build quality for that price! ☮️
AWESOME. Looks Great with those Wheels you put on. Perfect Modulation in High gear. Yeah the Pro model looks good too. Awesome you got it :)
