Whether you’re currently in therapy, working on your mental health through self-help, or considering a new approach, we’re here to support you. Our goal is to provide free, accessible information on managing issues like OCD, anxiety, depression, and mood instability. We also tackle topics that can be tough to bring up in therapy-like substance abuse, suicide thoughts, and self-harm-offering guidance on how to address these challenges in a therapeutic setting.

A therapist for my child with selective mutism told me she cured her daughter from the same condition when she was 4 years old. That was so annoying because her kid just started talking. My kid had this for 10 years.
