I recently got into the tundra trying to get whisperer, and tho I didn't have even close to max climb, I made it to castle and almost whisperer by going right from oresfall (temple of fire, Necro fire) then the fire right next to the howler spawn. All I needed was was symphony of horses

or, orsefall gate, fire temple fire tree, agility and run past the howers, dpit, across the bridge, fire behind castle sanc, fire below castle sanc, around the back, warm up in sigil, agility climb up to the hole, do the parkour, get wraith, wraith up, wraith back across. you dont need more than freshy climb for it but you prolly should get ranger and a torch just incase
