Ivan Portilla is the owner of Ecuagenera. I have Spathiphyllum ivanportilliae they sell that Tom Croat named after him, it looks like a little very dark bird of paradise kind of, it stays small, about 8". Anyhoo its pronounced like Ivan Portilla in Spanish.
Proven Winners is a great alternative to Costa Farms, they sell them at Home Depot. Not all plants have to be expensive and fancy. I have picked up a couple of them on trips to buy other stuff. They have really nice outdoor stuff too.

It sounds like Ecuagenera is using ChatGPT or something to generate the descriptions. genera is pronounced with the accent on the second syllable.
