Resident Evil Outbreak: File 1 & 2 All Cutscenes (Game Movie) 1080p 60FPS
The beginning of Outbreak is set a couple of days after the initial outbreak of the T-virus in Raccoon City, moments before the crisis further escalates into complete chaos. The game starts with the eight characters in J's Bar, who are unaware of what is happening until a lone zombie wanders into the bar and attacks one of the employees named Will. After that, the characters must make it through the city. The game ends in the final moments of the same incident, with the player attempting to escape Raccoon City before the U.S. government launches a missile strike to eliminate the threat posed by the G-virus. The player controls one of eight characters, in order: Kevin Ryman, Mark Wilkins, Jim Chapman, George Hamilton, David King, Alyssa Ashcroft, Yoko Suzuki, and Cindy Lennox, along with numerous supporting characters who can be selected in their place. Gameplay events transpire across various regions of Raccoon City and span over a period of several days.
There are five individual scenarios in this game, which are not set in chronological order. The first, "Outbreak", takes place at the beginning of the outbreak, as the police prepare to destroy the zombie horde using explosives. "Below Freezing Point" deals with the events in the former underground laboratory of Umbrella before the events of Resident Evil 2, where a rogue virologist, Monica, attempts to steal bio-weapons research and deal with her former co-worker, Yoko Suzuki. "The Hive" involves the survivors taking refuge in the Raccoon General Hospital, which is also featured in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, while it is under assault from a colony of infected leeches. "Hellfire", set the same day as "Outbreak", involves a group of survivors fleeing into the Apple Inn hotel that turns out to be on fire and swarming with lickers. The final scenario, "Decisions, Decisions", regards the survivors' search for a cure to the T-virus, which sends them to Raccoon City University, where the eight different characters must wisely choose a decision to survive the puzzling secrets hidden in the university; they must then escape the city before it is destroyed.

@@darkman4204 yeah I'm sure they could do a better job now. Outbreak's biggest weakness was that it was way too ahead of it's time.
I'm going to place money down that they are remaking RE4 and still working on Project Resistance.
Project Resistance is their take on this materpiece of the franchise, but they fucked it up so bad I stopped playing the online game of Resistance after 2 weeks. it is a broken mess with no balance on either side let me summarize the gameplay of resistance in a couple of bullet points
>all survivors will be lvl 35+ if you are starting as a mastermind
>masterminds will need to be lvl 24 to at least stand a chance
>No artificial scarcity as "umbrella credits" are needed to buy infinite amounts of ammo and grenades
>either you get steamrolled or you steamroll the opponent
Why? What's the point? Can't we have a new game or perhaps a sequel. Why would you pay 60 dollars for a texture pack? " Woooow that happened in the original too!"
I seriously think it was a missed opportunity that nobody tries to help Will (the bartender). I mean, we have the option to try & help Mark's friend, Bob, so why not Will? If they every do a remake of Outbreak, I'd like the option to try and save will if Cindy &/or George is on the team, only for him to turn and attack the group in a later cutscene, much like how Bob will commit suicide if you get him to the roof.

If you ask me, it's all the sideline games from the franchise that need a remake. The two Outbreak games, Dead Aim, etc. The RE4 game looks great, but the sideline games need a chance too.
It's kind of sad to think that Capcom has made repeated attempts at a Resident Evil multiplayer and the most recent attempts always feel like an effort to be relevant in the multiplayer space. But here you have a Resident Evil cooperative game that introduces new characters, a new story, a different way to play, and fits in the RE universe while keeping the survival horror elements. If the game came out in 2013 rather than 2003 it might've been the success Capcom wanted.

I got this game on PS2. I didn’t realize it was intended for online play at the time. I wasn’t a fan of it but think that with a remaster and todays technology it would be amazing

With the assets they created for RE2 and RE3 remake, I’m sure they could remake Outbreak file 1 and 2 to be the greatest thing since RE2 remake. Give us what the people want and take our money lol.

If Project Resistance was their take on a remake for this, they are a shitty company, they need to sell the rights to the game to another company as they just keep ignoring actual player feedback.
If anything they should have a more open world approach for this with scenarios for each area you enter, imagine this like GTA V Online, but with Raccoon City being Los Santos that would he dope af.
