I absolutely called the Spinosaurus being number 1 out of all the species because it was your favourite carnivore to use in all your sandbox park builds. I'm glad this dinosaur was the winner because spino is my favourite carnivore of all time.
It makes sense though. Even if it isn't your favorite the Spinosaurus is the most beautiful animal design and skin pattern wise. It already was the best looking Dino in 1 but now it is even better?? Sure it lost in the animations department but it is still the best designed animal in the game by a landslide

Also, I definitely agree with wanting a full Ingen sized Spinosaurus lol. *Side note:* For those that don't get what he meant by "full ingen sized one" so basically Spinosaurus in JP3 was roughly less than 2 years old (cloned in 1999) at 43.7ft long. According to Jurassic Park author Michael Crichton, it took 5 years for Roberta/Rexy to become fully grown matured before being shipped to Nublar as an attraction. So Spinosaurus had another 3 and half years left to grow. How big exactly? Well in the JP3 behind the scenes, Jack Horner and producers said Spinosaurus reached 60ft long. Colin Trevorrow also approved that size estimate in 2015 on the Jurassic World main street holoscope info pad for Spinosaurus. And now recently, Scott Kreamer (executive producer of Camp Cretaceous) said that Spinosaurus is the largest carnivorous dinosaur in the world. there is an animation when indominus fights the raptors he picks them up from his neck with his bare hands and throws them away is just incredible, i think there is more hand action in this game than in the previous one

It’s crazy to me that, despite the Spinosaurus looking absolutely nothing like it did in reality, it remains my (and many other’s) favorite dinosaur of all time, both in and out of the Jurassic Park franchise.
Yeah I do wish that the Spinosaurus got a cool release animation since only one can release. Maybe Spinosaurus head butting the hatchet door as a reference to JP3 when it was trying to break through the Aviary watchtower? Then after stepping out, it stands more upright (when Dr. Grant and Eric first see it) and does a roar. I definitely agree that we want a full Ingen sized one. Spinosaurus needs a size buff. On Frontiers Spinosaurus info page, they even say it grew 18m T_T

I had a T. rex in JWE1. I named it Fluffy. Fluffy proceeded to break out of its paddock and eat a dozen people. I loved Fluffy. Fluffy died of old age. I am so happy I was able to recreate the same skin pattern as Fluffy

Pentaceratops is my favourite. Most majestic looking dino in the whole game. When you have 5 or 6 Pentas lining up with differnt colours it looks like a sheild row back in the Roman days. its absolutely gorgeous. other fav dinos are - Saurapelta, Stigimoloch, Acrocanthosaurus, Kronosaurus, Attenboroghsaurus, Igunadon, Olorotitan, Qianzhousaurus, Apatasaurus, Albertasaurus

The fact that crichtonosaurus made it into the top five and the stegosaurs/ankylosaurs in general being more interesting due to patterns,size difference and behaviours,I think some more smol dinosaurs are in order for this game,even if I'm only listing off the herbivores here: In terms of sauropods, There's europasaurus (which kinda fits into bestinslots want for a tiny camarasaurus),magyarosaurus and saltasaurus (which could fit the games drastic lack of armoured titanosaurs),and small sauropodomorphs like thecodontosaurus and anchisaurus. In terms of marginocephalians (ceratopsids and pachycephalosaurs) There's microceratus (a movie canon dinosaur that has been wanted for years), Psittacosaurus (another fan favourite),micropachycephalosaurus (aka,homalocephale,but even more smol),chaoyangosaurus and protoceratops (which is larger,but still quite cute). And finally,In terms of ornithopods you could use leallynasaura (A personal favourite of mine due it's many adorable depictions of it as a floofball due to it's subantarctic home), zalmoxes (aka,muttaburrasaurus's smol,European cousin),or orodromeus.

Tbf with the brachi in this game if you only release 1 you get the intro from the first game where the music crescendos as it roars. It's a shame the double release music isn't as impressive
I find it weird that Attenborosaurus is designated as a pliosaur, because isn't the defining characteristic of pliosaurs a large head with a short neck and a thicker powerful body? Look at Kronosaurus and Liopleurodon, then look at Attenborosaurus, and Atten really just looks like a chonkier Elasmosaurus.
Spino was my favorite in the first game, where it was way less unique in terms of animation. Needless to say, it has very much kept the same spot in this one, being even better than it already was. I think my personal list would be: 1- Spinosaurus 2- Acrocanthosaurus 3- Tylosaurus 4- Maaradactylus 5- Tyrannosaurus 6- Carcharodontosaurus (that JPOG roar man) 7- Megalosaurus 8- Metriacanthosaurus 9- Iguanodon 10- Albertosaurus My least favorite/disliked dinos are Indominus, Indoraptor (I thoroughly dislike the hybrids, even tho I recognize the effort put into their animations by Frontier), Maiasaura, Deinonychus, Struthiomimus and Pteranodon. The herbivores got heavily down ranked in my personal list because of the new social/territorial needs (for example, Mamenchisaurus would be number 5 and Iguanodon would be number 4 in my list if it wasn’t for this. Sauropods stupidly hate other sauropods and Iguanodon, at least in all my parks, will constantly kill each other fighting for dominance which gets rly annoying).
Here's what I have so far: 84: Chasmosaurus Reason- Nubby horns. 83: Dreadnoughtus Reason- Neck to chunky and weird head. That's all I've got. I haven't even seen most of the aquatics and fliers.
At first Crichtonsaurus was at 84th place but after seeing slight improvements in skins and it being smaller and cuter, it's better in my ranking. It was very down there in JWE1 because of the weird texture of armor which looked like a bunch of pebbles on its back and just that it looked like the armor was weak and useless and the Crichtonsaurus call in JWE1 and that it just looked like a weirder and badder Ankylosaurus.
I think that the indom should have an hatch animation in which he destroyed the doors like in the movie, it would be a lot better than the sneaky exit, cause imo it doesn't really work with a beast like her.

Omg yes they haven't been working for me either they just spawn outside and you don't see them until they've stopped their release animation. I'm so annoyed and I hope they fix it soon
Yes for some reason they only play in the Canada map for me also pack hunting and prey hunting don’t seem to work the Dino would say its hunting prey but the hunt always fails again except for the ob the Canada map
I don't want to sound rude..., But whike they're amazingly beautiful, unique and cool dinos in this game there are others such as Chunkingosaurus, Dreadnoughtus and Dracorex which are a little bit forgeteable :V Don't get me wrong is just that they're too less atractive compared to others dinos of their 《skeleton》
Honestly pachyrhinosaurus is in at least my top 10, just the colors, the model with the hump, the beautiful eyes and crest, honestly worth it with the deluxe edition. Oh and the baryonyx it had a major glow up over the original game

Ther is also in it’s kill animations, it smashes the medium and large carnivores down to the ground with its hands and then bites down on their neck

I find it funny that SO many people hate Spinosaurus in the movies but SO many people love it in the game
Will you do a challenge mode play through after you finished chaos theory? The Attenboroughsaurs (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is one of my favorite aquatics as well still hoping they add ophthalmosaurus at some point so there is more variety in the ichthys

I had a T. rex in JWE1. I named it Fluffy. Fluffy proceeded to break out of its paddock and eat a dozen people. I loved Fluffy. Fluffy died of old age. I am so happy I was able to recreate the same skin pattern as Fluffy
Tbh, my no 1 dinosaur is carnatosaurus.. The dinosaur that have so many unique animation and that add in character towards it. So yeah.. From hating carnatosaurus from jwe1 now they just my favourite

Pentaceratops is my favourite. Most majestic looking dino in the whole game. When you have 5 or 6 Pentas lining up with differnt colours it looks like a sheild row back in the Roman days. its absolutely gorgeous.
other fav dinos are - Saurapelta, Stigimoloch, Acrocanthosaurus, Kronosaurus, Attenboroghsaurus, Igunadon, Olorotitan, Qianzhousaurus, Apatasaurus, Albertasaurus

10.Mamenchisaurus:I really like this dinosaur and should be a lot higher
9.Indominus Rex: Better than indoraptor,more deadly than spinoraptor and nowhere near as ugly as anklyodocus
8.Homalocephale/Dryosaurus:I included both because they are the cutest creature in the game

7.Euoplocephalous:I chose this over the anky in the first game
Because it’s the only ankylosaur that’s not a solitary loser,and it still is better than the Ank

5: Pachyrinosaurus/Styracosaurus :The best Ceratopsians in the game and they are both equally good so I can’t decide which ones better
4.Brachiosaurus:Yes there are other good sauropods but none are as good as the brachiosaurus in jwe2 and unless Amphicoelias Fragilliumus gets added it’s the best sauropod
3.Elasmosaurus:This is the most underrated aquatic creature in the game,yes people hate that it looks like a sea monster but some people think it’s actually the Loch Ness monster(which is unlikely) but it’s something that’s in the shadows too much and should get more love than it does
2.Spinosaurus: BEST CARNIVORE EVER

The fact that crichtonosaurus made it into the top five and the stegosaurs/ankylosaurs in general being more interesting due to patterns,size difference and behaviours,I think some more smol dinosaurs are in order for this game,even if I'm only listing off the herbivores here:
In terms of sauropods, There's europasaurus (which kinda fits into bestinslots want for a tiny camarasaurus),magyarosaurus and saltasaurus (which could fit the games drastic lack of armoured titanosaurs),and small sauropodomorphs like thecodontosaurus and anchisaurus.
In terms of marginocephalians (ceratopsids and pachycephalosaurs) There's microceratus (a movie canon dinosaur that has been wanted for years), Psittacosaurus (another fan favourite),micropachycephalosaurus (aka,homalocephale,but even more smol),chaoyangosaurus and protoceratops (which is larger,but still quite cute).
And finally,In terms of ornithopods you could use leallynasaura (A personal favourite of mine due it's many adorable depictions of it as a floofball due to it's subantarctic home), zalmoxes (aka,muttaburrasaurus's smol,European cousin),or orodromeus.

The spinosaurus and allosaurus look absolutely incredible also mosasaurus would be my third after them as my favourite species in this game
He also didn't mention that Muttaburrasaurus used to walked on four legs and now they walk on two.
I have said this so many times and I'm glad you did too, the sauropods should not be able to be packhunted. I understand that it looks cool but no it's not accurate.
Tbf with the brachi in this game if you only release 1 you get the intro from the first game where the music crescendos as it roars. It's a shame the double release music isn't as impressive
I find it weird that Attenborosaurus is designated as a pliosaur, because isn't the defining characteristic of pliosaurs a large head with a short neck and a thicker powerful body? Look at Kronosaurus and Liopleurodon, then look at Attenborosaurus, and Atten really just looks like a chonkier Elasmosaurus.
Spino was my favorite in the first game, where it was way less unique in terms of animation. Needless to say, it has very much kept the same spot in this one, being even better than it already was. I think my personal list would be:

3- Tylosaurus
4- Maaradactylus
5- Tyrannosaurus
6- Carcharodontosaurus (that JPOG roar man)
7- Megalosaurus
8- Metriacanthosaurus

My least favorite/disliked dinos are Indominus, Indoraptor (I thoroughly dislike the hybrids, even tho I recognize the effort put into their animations by Frontier), Maiasaura, Deinonychus, Struthiomimus and Pteranodon.
The herbivores got heavily down ranked in my personal list because of the new social/territorial needs (for example, Mamenchisaurus would be number 5 and Iguanodon would be number 4 in my list if it wasn’t for this. Sauropods stupidly hate other sauropods and Iguanodon, at least in all my parks, will constantly kill each other fighting for dominance which gets rly annoying).
But BIS, the cryo does have a pattern, it's just on the default skin so it doesn't stand out that much, so, wouldn't it have a higher ranking?

The triceratops actually does have some cool frill patterns they just only appear on some of the pattern options for some reason

84: Chasmosaurus Reason- Nubby horns.
83: Dreadnoughtus Reason- Neck to chunky and weird head.
That's all I've got. I haven't even seen most of the aquatics and fliers.
At first Crichtonsaurus was at 84th place but after seeing slight improvements in skins and it being smaller and cuter, it's better in my ranking. It was very down there in JWE1 because of the weird texture of armor which looked like a bunch of pebbles on its back and just that it looked like the armor was weak and useless and the Crichtonsaurus call in JWE1 and that it just looked like a weirder and badder Ankylosaurus.
I think that the indom should have an hatch animation in which he destroyed the doors like in the movie, it would be a lot better than the sneaky exit, cause imo it doesn't really work with a beast like her.
I've heard there are multiple issues with the JWE2 release, to the point where it seems unfinished, but no one can deny those dinosaurs look amazing.

Omg yes they haven't been working for me either they just spawn outside and you don't see them until they've stopped their release animation. I'm so annoyed and I hope they fix it soon
Yes for some reason they only play in the Canada map for me also pack hunting and prey hunting don’t seem to work the Dino would say its hunting prey but the hunt always fails again except for the ob the Canada map

I don't want to sound rude..., But whike they're amazingly beautiful, unique and cool dinos in this game there are others such as Chunkingosaurus, Dreadnoughtus and Dracorex which are a little bit forgeteable :V
