This episode reminds me a little of the TNG episode "Family" the episode that takes place after "The Best of Both Worlds" (the Borg episodes) as it deals with the crew returning to Earth and having changed after Traumatic events.
Home is one of my favorites. It's both Archer looking back and second guessing his own decisions.....which serves as Manny Coto second guessing the direction of the previous producers of this series. 😂
Reminds me of the beginning and the ending of the movie Platoon. You have Charlie Sheen fresh recruit touching down for the first time on Vietnam with wide eyes. First thing he sees are guys being shipped back who basically look like wrecks. And then at the end of the movie same scene only Charlie Sheen is the wreck getting on board.
3:40 really hits real. I picture many soldiers that "come home" after war, but sadly never truly come home in their minds.

I don't think he needed her help to "Find it". It all came back rapidly.

I like the part where T'Pol invited Trip to her home. Always wondered what's Vulcan home looked like. Very nice place.
