    I can not change the date on the machine or the patient's date of birth. Inputting a date more recent than 2004 will receive an error message. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for the demonstration. Please elaborate more on attaching the electrodes to the leads, putting patient info and printing. I had issues with that .

    it is very useful , please i need your help i have four machines had same problem ( the tracing didn't appear when i chose the Auto when i press print , knowing the printer is OK , when i chose the manual the printer print the trace

    Thank you very much for showing this video. We have a problem with our four EKG machines that don't have tracings or shows only flat line. This is very helpful. Now, I can fix our machine.

      Great question.

      Hold the shift key (gray button with 2 up arrows) and press the store/retrieve button. This puts you in the store/retrieve menu. You can print or delete the files from there. The machine only holds up to 40 tests, then you begin receiving the error message to delete files.

    I keep getting error when putting in the date of birth.

      Hey Joshua, our recommendation for this problem would be to check and make your date and time on the unit is correct. Also, the DOB format should be as follows: 01/14/19. If there are no slashes, it will not work. If you continue to have problems, please give our Biomed Manager, Tofi, a call at (909) 696-3436 ext. 1015.
