That time I didn’t know the consequence of the act. Now that my wife is moving to UK for onsite. Now I need to come to UK along with my wife for work. 1. Will there be any issue, if I revisit UK and work there. 2. Is there a solicitor in this group who can guide me on how to deal with such scenarios? 3. Do I need to submit from old social security number for my visa. 4. How long will banks keep such records? 5. Will i be granted a Visa due to the illegal activity which has been done 10 years before.
