I'm so grateful for having found this. I've realised that I had some of these values of being open and honest giving completely of myself and even neglected me for the sake of others. I just needed to be able to practice mindfulness and thinking more about myself and my mental states. It took me a long time to realise that I am worthy of being loved and deserve it that I put up with a lot less than I could have been.

You dont need to chase a partner. You only need to live with yourself and let others voluntarily enter your life.

I had two of the most critical parents in the world! Dad called me names constantly and Mom just sat back and seemed to enjoy it! No wonder I always wanted to go to my friends houses, at least their parents treated me like I was someone and with respect. Please God I pray you will straighten them out after death. I didn't ask to be born. I've been so confused most of my life, but since I put my remaining parent in the past, I'm healing 😊

Joey, you ARE someone. You were placed in this world to shine your light. Perhaps those early lessons were to direct you toward being able to give that "gift" to others? For example, maybe you could become a "Big Brother" to someone in the same position you were in? Become a mentor? Shine your light!

I listen to this every morning giving myself strength and love appreciation for what gods giving me and the people in my life that are a blessing with gratitude 🙏
Waking up I go in brisk walks while experiencing the sunrise over the mountains beaming on the land around me the grass the flower the birds flying in trees breathing the clean air starting my new day to accomplish the little goals and to show love for myself and others I pass daily with a smile at them wishing them a great day or a hug to someone that talks to me . At end of day I walk again after work watching sunset getting through the day feeling blessed and thankful
All while listening to these videos my heart tingles with love ❤️
Hugs to all of you listening to this ❤

This video offers profound insights on finding fulfillment through stoic principles. The emphasis on inner virtues like wisdom, courage, and justice as the true sources of happiness resonates deeply. It's a timely reminder that our worth is inherent and not tied to external achievements. For those interested in exploring more about personal growth and self-worth, I've delved into similar themes in my own videos. Thanks for sharing this valuable content!

I love the teaching of the Stoic Masters. How ever It seems as if there is a common image that is not helpful. This message is not for white men over 40 yrs or even created by white guys over 40. Yes the stoics did live to be over 40 and by the time they were older these scholars were at their peak. But this constant image of older men makes 80% are not included. Women are only seen here as addititions to men like a wall or a horse or a woman. YES white guys don't understand this lack of representation as distracting to the message. But it IS! Stoic journal Don't stop learning. Become inclusive. It is not about men or women or white or black young or old. Loose the single image and show a world of people learning and growing mastering.
