The moment where they defend the poaching with "It's going to the locals!" took me so off guard and just destroyed me. This game is so offensively badly written that it loops back around to being entertaining.
***** To add, working on and shipping a game, even if it is badly reviewed or poorly sold, is a lot better on your resume than if you have no experience shipping a game but you went to a nice expensive art school.
***** It's better than working on some iPhone card game. Also, As bad as this game is, it has an undeniable charm to the absurdity. I would bet the developers were in on the joke. They were asked to do a hunting game on a shoestring budget and said to hell with it we're going to create or own Far Cry/Uncharted knockoff while still getting a paycheck, Cabela be damned. And they did. Props to them.

So what I've learned is, it's okay to destabilize and destroy an entire ecosystem if it helps people get some silly material good that they've irrationally placed value in. Also gruff-guy money. Good talk.

Got this game for $2 on PSN when they screwed up and made the PS4 theme for it the full game.
Think the theme is probably better.
