They are lovely pencils and I just love my large set of them! The FC Classic colored pencils although they don't have as much pigment as artist grade, often work really well in Japanese coloring books - they respond well to the paper often used. All the best for the New Year
They're on eBay right now for $68. I paid $59, but the price has gone up with that seller. I'd ask them if they could match the rate they gave me. The pencils arrived 4 weeks later.
I know this video is 4 years old but I finally finally got a set of these in the 120 piece and I am over-the-moon happy about it. I love these pencils. I had a 60 set a long time ago, and for some reason I feel like the 120 set is creamier, almost like a combination between prismacolor and polychromos or maybe prismacolor and Lyra poly colors. Just really nice pencils but I can't say their budget because they cost me 90 bucks. I'm in the US and I got them on Amazon but for some reason they're $90 which is ridiculous. I'm not mad that I paid that price I just think it's kind of a high price for what's basically a hobby pencil, but I paid almost as much for my castle art gold so whatever LOL. Thank you for a great review.
They are lovely pencils! It might be a different batch or filler that is causing the difference. I'm embarrassed to say that I had umpteen packets of the 60 pencils as I bought them in bulk and it worked out cheaper haha. I'm still using my 60 packets 5 years later lol! It is an expensive amount to pay for the 120 but with shipping/import duties and basically everything increasing ....it seems to be the norm! I hope you enjoy coloring with them! Happy coloring x

Hi Nadia, as pencils are so expensive in your country I would buy a couple of open stock prismacolors and test if you like them before committing to a whole box. A lot of people do not like really soft pencils like prismacolors. If Colleens are not too expensive where you are I would buy them but bear in mind they are not artist pencils but are smooth and creamy. I don't have Castle Art pencils so I cannot offer an opinion on them. I like a soft, creamy pencil and my Prismacolors and Colleens are two of my favorite pencils if that helps. Stay safe. That's lucky! I could only find the smaller 60/72 sets in Australia! Happy coloring x
When you say you purchased them from Malaysia, do you mean that on your Amazon Settings, you changed that from Australia (I’m Australian too actually!) to Malaysia? 😃
I don't think there is an Amazon in Malaysia and even if there was unfortunately I'd be geoblocked from buying there :( I purchased from the shop based in Malaysia that I linked to in the description below the video. Happy coloring x
