I think the 3 biggest flaws on this figure are： 1）the gaps between each ratchet on the hip joints are way too wide than they needed to be. No idea why Bandai decided not to modified it before releasing, becausing they definitely have the skills of fixing it, at least there is no such problem on the MB GN Arms released just a few weeks after the release of this Shin Getter 1. 2）Poor articulation really is a big problem on a figure in 2023, that the selling point should be it's articulation, and with such a high price tag. The thighs can barely kick up to 90 degrees due to the limitation on the waist armor and badly designed hip joints. 3）Last but not least, although the transformable weapon is really cool, it is not so much on it's handle. Being made out of plastic and plastic alone, the handle cannot bear the weight of the axe and will bend over time if it is not posed correctly. This is a problem we have already seen on the samples way before this figure releases. Yet again, Bandai decided to not care about it, and in my opinion, it is one of the worst decision they've ever made.

100% prefer the Threezero version over this without question, especially the black variant. And with my experience from Bandai Metal Builds, Threezero will hold up better while the MB will likely become loose, even without posing.
Can you make a video on how Getter Robo has similarities to the Space Odyssey trilogy? I’m interested on how the Getter Rays and Monoliths work like each other. Heck, by looking at the references, inspirations, details, and source, they could even tell us what Getter Rays truly are by nature.
That's a really interesting topic. I was also interested, so I took care of those novels. But as you can see, my channel doesn't have a lot of viewers anymore. So I don't think I can easily assure you that I can make a video.

Are the legs only loose / have play when you extend them out or are they loose even when pushed in? Do you find its a problem and has it gotten worse over time?
I popped my getter's foot and there is a loose metal part. Not sure what that is for but were you able to attach it back to the point that it is not loose?

그래도 아직 ccs만큼의 가성비 고퀄리티 제품은 없는거같아요. 진짜 ccs 그 무게감 있어보이는 사출색 볼륨감 그립감 가동률 그리고 수많은 루즈파츠까지...제 개인적으로 현재 겟타 1등은 ccs 인것같아요.
메빌 가격 생각하면 ccs가 좋죠!

정말 다들 잘나온 재품들이고 이번 메빌도 이쁘게 잘나왔는데 그래도 역시 개인적인 취향으론 센티넬이 최고네요! ㅋㅋ

일단 프로포션과 전반적인 조형은 역대급인게 확실한데 21센티라는 크기는 요즘시대에는 확실히 작다는 느낌이네요. LED 없는것도 아쉽고. 개인적으로 몸 구석구석에 육각형 문양있는것도 너무 뇌절 같습니다. 관절 구동도 타사 제품들에 비해 좀 뒤떨어지는것 같고.
부담스러운 리파인은 다음 초합금혼 진겟타에서 갈증을 풀어줄거 같습니다~

진짜 외형 하난 기깔나는데 아무리봐도 불안한 스탠드에 진겟타 자체가 선택지가 꽤 있다보니 고민되네요 튼튼한 관절에 전신 led들어간 ccs도 만만치 않은데 얼굴이랑 사출색이 너무 아쉽기도 하고 그리고 메빌이 예상외로 너무 이뻐서 고민되는ㅠㅠ
둘다 각자의 색이 뚜렷해서 선택하기가 참 힘들거 같군요.. 🤔

I haven't found any problems so far because I don't touch the figures often and just display them in a fixed position.
