If you take bulk amount of cement...like 1 bag cement of 50kg..yes you are right..But I am talking about a cement particle. Specific density of cement particle is 3.15 .

its density is 1400 kg/m3 around so how 3150?????

I didn't understand hows the 3.15 unitless number converted into kg/cub? can you explain it!!
As far I know ...Specific gravity of cement particle (3.15)*density of water (1000kg/m3)=density of cement particle (3150 kg/m3)
Yeah brother, You're right Specific gravity value should not be taken into this. Only actual density value should be considered.
