Hi I applied for Outland spousal PR application online on 12 July 2022 and got return letter yesterday stating that "Our office processes Family Class Sponsorship applications where the Principal Applicant resides in Canada. It appears that the Principal Applicant in your application is not residing in Canada given the information in your application documents." What does this means, I am 100% sure that Outland applications can be submitted via online portal then why they returned my application. Any guidance what should I do next would be appreciated.🙏

Yes, the sponsored person can travel to Canada on a visitor visa while their PR application is in process. 🙂 Sponsor must provide a signed letter of support alongwith the proof of spouse's PR application submission.
