As part of the Suffolk Mental Health Friends programme, Simon has sat down with people in the community to learn about their groups and how they’re supporting others at a grassroots level.
In this video, Simon travelled to Felixstowe Library to speak with Rebecca Adams and Jade Wright, both Senior Practitioners from Ormiston Families, about their Breaking Barriers service, which supports young people affected by the imprisonment of a close family member.
