Due to a very slow probate process with my step-son (resided in Dallas County, Texas) that took 3 months just to approve the will, I decided to reorganize my assets to bypass probate.
My situation is pretty simple, my wife is my primary concern. I designated POD or TOD on all accounts and assets. The only things not included is essentially personal property which with nothing of remarkable value, I know the courts will easily accept any small number as reasonable. Anytime I wish I could tweak the PODs to share with or be designated to other people if I wanted to. We do have wills, advance directives, etc. but I am very pleased to not subject survivors to a probate process.

How do beneficiaries know what the deceased settlor set up as far as what is probate assets and non-probate assets if trustee/beneficiary ( 1 of 5 ) refuses to provide any written or accurate information as to what will and trust inventory is categorized?

I am a Beneficiary in a Will and have been left with All Balance of Monies in the Deceased’s Bank Accounts. I am still confused as to what that means exactly.

People, do not fail to structure your assets to transfer to who you want to have them. Will should be option #15, not #1. Many others are out there who may drag the will fight out until every penny goes to multiple attorneys. This attorney is giving you great options #1-10, so listen up.

NO! You walk in with your valid ID and the death certificate.
