Specific anxiety feelings, Yes. I have the body anxiety thats def ptsd and my body overreacting to nothing. Brain OCD anxiety is thinking fast, faces pass, going nowhere lol we just circle the same issue with no answers/solutions made. then normal people anxiety where its just "good stress" and kinda fun

I have two desert tortoises and love your idea of a mesh cover. The local feral cats go 💩 in their habit and it’s gross. Going to get my dad to make two. Mine have to be separated since the bigger one is a bully to the little one. 😂 also, if you need a water bowl (esp in the summer) we use one of those planter shallow bowls and fill it up everyday. Mine like to lay in the water bowls during the hot days. Also, we feed ours romaine (store bought) approved by our vet. I bet Annabeth will love her new house! We think our tortoises are going to be coming out in a few weeks since we have spotted one but he went back in. 😂
We use that shallow bowl method too and she loves to just lay in it after eating lol! She just woke up yesterday!! 🐢

You can be better to just allow time for the thoughts. Our minds are not just meant for happy thoughts. We get uncomfortable and it can be beneficial to lean into it. Give yourself the 5/10 minutes then that’s it. That’s your allotted time for those thoughts. It can help with the rumination a lot!!
