Danny is such a versatile singer! I don't think I've ever seen anyone else who can cover such a wide range of vocal styles and do them all so well. With each new HSCC video release, I am always finding something new to be impressed about. All of you are outstanding and you have such great chemistry together.

Actually Harrison, whose interest in Hinduism was evident, wanted to make a "trans-religious" song of praise by including his Christian-inspired Hebrew "hallelujah" in the song. His message was, therefore, one of conciliation, with a more spiritual look than merely dogmatic of one or another religion... It is my opinion...
Lol, great job I suspect the raw talent of music is not taken for granted nor does ownership of the talent belong to one particular sect,but that's me. I spent the last 58 years in choirs and vocal training and I am grateful for this.

You guys are brave covering this one......all I can say is BRAVO 👏. You truly did this song justice, the soulful and spiritual essence was captured perfectly. The gentle strumming of the 12 string and acoustic, coupled together with the Tele and Strat brothers on slide were exceptional. As for the vocals, Danny up front and the angelic harmonies from the rest of the crew was something special. Truly remarkable guys.....you have produced a thing of beauty this week !

What a great song to cover. You guys never cease to amaze me on the song selection - branching out from the more standard songs - and then the fantastic professional and passionate song playing ... so respectful of the original, but still with nuances from you. Absolutely amazing job on this one.

It's rare that I get emotional over a song ... but ... this takes me back to 1971, catching the school bus to Unley High School from the stop on the corner of Leicster st and Duthy st. Still one of the greatest songs ever! Great job HSCC. Could have been a bit longer ..say one hour! and that Danelectro! Some one kill me now! See you at Llewellyn Hall soon.
No comments required, just listen to the voices and musicianship, that says it all. Perfection is hard to achieve but you guys just keep delivering time after time and we all, appreciate your talents and commitment to provide us with great music.

I remember hearing this song for the first time as a boy at YMCA camp. They would play it each morning at day break over the camp PA to wake everyone up. It would echo through the pines creating the most amazing and spiritual experience. Great memories, thank you George.

Yet another outstanding performance from the best covers band out there, and I've heard quite a few! Only one very, very small detail for me. I was waiting for the mellotron entry at 0:44 until the key change but I couldn't hear it. Appreciate that perhaps not many keyboards have a mellotron voice on them these days. Really great bass entry from Mr. Delo at 1:44, Mr. Voormann would have been proud! Bearing in mind how many voices were involved, this was a first class production. Keep up the good work!
