Did urs spin and sputter at all mine cranks and runs fine til u give it gas and at low throttle it sputters pretty bad but u get the rpms up just a little bit it runs fine
My 1000 was runing great all day until toward the end of our ride it just completely shut off while I was on the trail threw it in park tried to start it nothing completely dead its as if my battery just completely died. So we jump started it , got her turned on as soon we took cables off dead again after pulling her all the way home for like 3 miles without doing anything to it now it turns on perfectly fine 13.39 volts while off -drops to like 12 while cranking 🤔. Any advice on what could be the problem? Thanks
Sounds like the stator went bad. Or the voltage regulator. While it’s running the battery should show 13 to 14volts. Luckily mine was charging but but not reaching to the battery. Check your wiring harness. Pressure was the back half really good and check all connections and wires. Nothing should be grounded out by the frame.
Mine did the same thing turns out I don’t have many friends and they helped me out by adding cutting wires dead giveaway it started missing for no reason
I’m having this problem with my 2021 outlander 570 XMR,as soon as you flip the on switch it doesn’t have no power at all to the screen and don’t even hear the fuel pump turning like it usually does, bought a brand new battery and it still wouldn’t turn on but after leaving the switch on for a while I still don’t get power unless I have the green power button pressed.please let me know what it was i looked at all my wires and fuses look good
Does your display screen come on at all? If not you could have a bad key ignition or the contact points have some minor corrosion from water. Your kill switch on your handle bars can give you the same problem. Pull it apart and use die electrical Grease. Helps keep the moisture out.
@@Calebmcguckin no my display screen wouldn’t even turn on or anything it was like it had no power at all but if you had the key turned on for about 5-8 mins the screen would turn on.i pulled the kill switch apart and cleaned it now it’s does it every once in a while and it’s a brand new battery the voltage stays at 13.7-14.1 doesn’t go higher and sometimes lower
Thank you for video

I have a problem with my can am 400 outlander I would like to ask about some reason why it won’t turn on
Do you have power to your instrument panel? And your battery needs to read 12 volts. Can ams like to have the right amount of volts to start.

Also check your ecm connection. Grease every wire connection

That's a voltage regulaor
Same problem going on and my can am is 1 month old
Look for bad spots in your loom. And check for chafed wires
