Amazing moveset as per usual Feliciafan! While not exactly Halloween, this is honestly a clever character to celebrate the occasion haha. I can't wait to see future fighting game character movesets from you cause they'll definitely be as much as a banger as this one!
Great video! I actually make my own moveset for Ragna a while back along with a bunch of other stuff, including a Spirit Board where all of the fights are stamina battles. Here it is: Jin Kisaragi (Advanced) You'll fight Marth on Unova Pokemon League with stage hazards turned off, a reference to the outside of the NOL branch in Kagutsuchi's Story mode. The bottom floor will be frozen, while the two thin platforms will be unfrozen. Marth starts with a Freezie, and more Freezies will spawn which will be drawn to Marth for him to pick up. Both of these are references to Jin's Drive. When unlocked, he becomes a neutral primary. Noel Vermillion (Advanced) You'll fight Zero Suit Samus on Sheol Gate, the stage that comes with Ragna's inclusion in Smash, and the BlazBlue stage where you fight Hakumen in CT that transforms into the stage where you fight v-No.13-. ZSS has increased damage to her gun and projectile attacks since it represents Noel's weapon, Bolverk. When unlocked, she becomes a shield primary that can be enhanced at level 99. When enhanced, she becomes the Ace ranked μ-No.12-, with Energy Shot Attack ↑. Rachel Alucard (Ace) You'll fight Rachel as Peach and Gii as a tiny Kirby on Ω Dracula's Castle which resembles the Crimson Throne stage. There will be strong wind to represent Rachel's Drive, and Peach will fall slowly due to Rachel's floaty jumps. There will also be an invisible Pikachu who will favor down specials to represent Rachel's ability to summon lightning. When unlocked, she becomes an attack primary with Electric Attack ↑. Taokaka (Novice) You'll fight Pikachu on Ω Smashville, a reference to the Lost Town stage. Pikachu will have a triple jump just like Taokaka, and a second Pikachu will spawn after a while to represent Almost Becoming Two!, where Taokaka makes a clone of herself. When unlocked, she becomes a support spirit with Landing Lag ↓. Iron Tager (Advanced) You'll fight a giant Incineroar on Ω Fourside, a reference to the Lakeside Port stage. Incineroar will be slower and have super armor, and will favor throws which are powered up, a reference to Tager's tanky grappler fighting style. When unlocked, he becomes a support spirit with Item Gravitation, a reference to Tager’s Drive. Bang Shishigami (Novice) You'll fight Captain Falcon on Ω Suzaku Castle, a reference to the RONIN-gai stage. Captain Falcon will be joined by 3 Sheiks who are Bang's subordinates from Story mode, all of them are extremely weak and have low stamina due to the fact that they don't actually fight. Captain Falcon will gain increased move speed at low health to represent Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan, a move where Bang's mobility gets a significant boost. When unlocked, he becomes a support spirit with Trade-Off Speed ↑. Platinum the Trinity (Novice) You'll fight Jigglypuff on Bridge of Eldin with stage hazards off, a reference to the Bascule -Twilight- stage. Hammers, Bob-ombs, Bullet Bills, Boomerangs, and Home-Run Bats will spawn which Jigglypuff will collect. This is a reference to Platinum's Drive, where her staff can materialize a variety of different items and weapons. When unlocked, she becomes a grab primary. Azrael (Ace) You'll fight Gannondorf on Ω Arena Ferox which represents the Colosseum stage. Gannondorf can sometimes land a critical hit, which is a reference to Azrael's Drive, where he can reveal an opponent’s weak point and strike it to do big damage. When unlocked, he becomes an attack primary. Kagura Mutsuki (Ace) You'll fight Ike on Ω Kalos Pokemon League, a reference to the Yggdrasill Seed stage. Ike will have super armor since some of Kagura's Drive moves grant him super armor as well. When unlocked, he becomes a support spirit with Unflinching Charged Smashes. Kokonoe (Advanced) You'll fight a small Robin on Ω Frigate Orpheon, a reference to the Factory stage. Robin starts with a Black Hole, a reference to Kokonoe's Drive. Shooting type items will also spawn which Robin will collect, since Kokonoe uses a variety of guns and projectiles. When unlocked, she becomes a support spirit with Shooting Items ↑. Celica A. Mercury (Advanced) You'll fight Celica as Zelda and Minerva as Samus on Ω Skyloft, which resembles the Magic City of Ishana stage. Both opponents will heal over time, a reference to Celica's healing magic. When unlocked, she becomes a shield primary. Susano'o (Ace) You'll fight Ridley on Ω Reset Bomb Forest, which resembles the Sacrifice stage. Ridley will have increased damage to his specials and will have increased attack power after a while, both of which are references to Susano'o's Drive. When unlocked, he becomes a neutral primary with Sword Attack ↑. The Six Heroes (Legend) You'll fight all of the Six Heroes in a Stamina battle on Skyloft with stage hazards turned off since it resembles the Magic City of Ishana stage. New opponents will spawn at 30 second intervals, each with their own unique abilities. The fight starts off with Trinity as Palutena, who will have increased defense and will briefly turn invincible at low health due to Trinity's barrier magic (was briefly mentioned in Chronophantasma's Story mode). Then Jubei as Pichu will appear, who wields a Killing Edge and has increased battering item damage. Then comes Valkenhayn as Wolf, who has increased movement speed and increased damage to his kicks and knee strikes. After that is Terumi as Richter, who has increased damage to his whip attacks since it represents Ouroboros. Next is Hakumen as Chrom, who has increased attack power and increased sword damage for Hakumen's high damage output, as well as a powered up down special. Lastly is Nine as Bayonetta, who will start off with an X bomb to replicate Andradite of Accord, and prefers smash attacks which are powered up to represent Hi no Kagutsuchi. When unlocked, they become a support spirit with Giant Killer ↑↑, which is a reference to how they killed the Black Beast and saved the world.
As someone that played blazblue, I'm staring at the length ominously anticipating how this became 50 minutes "Adding 4 whole mechanics signature to the game/character" wasn't on the bingo card but that is a way to do it and the insanity of it combined with how it might work is very respectable. The only real disappointment being that you didn't make up any colors to reference other BB characters or even use the existing jin color (but I'm not the guy with godlike video editing so i can't completely complain)
Ragna would fit really well in Granblue Versus..... GranBLUE....BlazBLUE..... A previous collab that he himself wasn't originally part of. The Grim Reaper. Maybe interact with Death from Nier via the Spectacles of Eros....
5:05 Lambda. I don't wanna hear anything about the slight mechanical differences. One shoots swords, minmaxing as a zoner. The other shoots swords, but is more balanced across ranges. They still shoot swords in a game where other "clone fighters" have significantly different Drives like Hazama-Terumi, Tsubaki-Izayoi, and Nu/Lambda-Mu.
Amazing! I Love how you made for Ragna Moveset, i did the same too on my channel awhile back, also i see your using the Ragna SFM Model I commission for awhile back!
I know you don't take requests, but I hope on January, (or final week of December) you'll release a moveset video on any video game character who debut this year
>Would've used Belial Edge for Down A for a reason I'll get into later. >Not a fan of Specials that are clearly meant to be ground-only (ground-crawling projectiles) being air-OK, so Dead Spike should be ground only, performing Nightmare Edge as Air Neutral-B. >Take a page out of pre-Strive Sol (or Fighter Kirby) and have both Side Specials be on the same input, determined by how long you press the button. Hell's Fang with Tap, Gauntlet Hades with Hold as well as being default if Side Special is done airborne. >Personally think Air Dash should be a universal mechanic certain characters get in place of Directional Air Dodge (neutral AD is still present), trading the evasion for a horizontal movement tool that can cancel into Normals and Specials, some maintaining the momentum of the Dash.
Hell's Fang and Gauntlet Hades are too different from one another to work on a single button. The reason Bandit Revolver/Bringer works on one button as that they're both extensions of the same move, and considering the difference between each attack and the purpose that both moves have in Ragna's game plan, having the potential to misinput them is just a no go. It's also fine if you don't like ground-only specials being used in the air, but Terry has already shown that it's an idea that works perfectly in Smash, and Dead Spike is a tool that's way too useful to be locked to a single state.

A Blazblue character would be absolutely BROKEN in Smash.
Someone proved this by modding Nu 13 into project M EX.
52:38 SOL BADGUY MENTIONED‼️ 🗣️🔊🔥➡️⬇️↘️

NOOOO WHAT WERE YOU GONNA SAY!?!?!?!😢
BALABLZUE MENTIONED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!➡⬇↘😈🔥🔥🔥🔥
Is That... JoJo Reference. Tomokazu Sugita Also Voices Joseph Joestar.!?
"Oh, another anime sword fighter"
Sword-Grappler
Another great concept! Personally, I’d prefer having blazblue in smash first rather than guilty gear, but I’d be good with either one.
WOOO BLAZBLUE!!! Since you made Ragna, Can you possibly make movesets for more BlazBlue characters? I'd love to see a moveset for Taokaka.
Why doesn't he have extra normals like kazuya?
I thought Dragaux would be it for being in 2nd place on the poll
OOOOHHHH
I'LL COMMENT ONCE IN DONE
Haven't finished but it's soooooo goood
Color 7 is a Gintama reference, I think
I know you don't take requests, but I hope on January, (or final week of December) you'll release a moveset video on any video game character who debut this year
YAAAAAAAY RAAGGEEEE😢😢🎉🎉🎉🎉
