Across from Bar 21 and also across from the current Bob's Cafe, is the new Bob's Cafe and bakery. There was a pause in building but I think they are slowly starting up again. Not sure what will happen to the old Bob's.

Part of the reason is nearly ALL of vehicles with emergency lights on top have the emergency lights on all the time (and often use their siren to get through traffic). Authorities (even highway workers) display their power and authority in this way but at the same time diminish the power of the emergency lights in an actual emergency.
@@brucecanny thanks for information..but its just plain stupid of them to do that as they could be dead by the times the emergency arrived or get where help needed.. Its could be them or there love ones..the level of stupidity is out of this worlds.

Try the big hardware stores, there are usually a few around.
I used too stay at Onbun Pension house right in the city center. 580 pesos a night. The only cheaper I could find was Pension Bacolod 11th street.
Omg bun used to be the diamond plaza, it was the first hotel I ever stayed in here, it was 500 even 20 years ago
