Power cuts (Brownouts) on a daily basis in some areas of Bacolod are a constant problem at the moment. Major services have power outages just now, including Globe telecoms, so there is no Internet access during these times in areas affected.
I certainly don't understand this. I am south of this kawani in the sticks between escalante and san carlos. Over the last two years they've upgraded a bunch of power stuff yes they're still our our origins but they're brief and they're not every day they can run 1 minute to maybe 2 hours and 2 hour once might be once a month now maybe twice a month stuff. Internet speed here is 1.5Gnps. up and down. Data is tough because we're out in mistakes a data service on the internet is not good

there is a big difference on Bacolod now. Since i left Bacolod 10 years ago. It's nice to see Bacolod a City of smile by next year.
