Even if Shami gets separation, it will be very expensive for him, plus he will probably not have the custody of the daughter as well (the real victim here - a 5 year old girl caught between parents' fight). And in case of any doubt, Haseen will get the benefit of doubt.

All the affair allegations seem true but the domestic violence and mental abuse allegations are the first things the lawyers advice women in such cases to gain the trust of the public.

Allegations of affair (if true) will be enough to put Shami into serious trouble. As I have told before, the benefit of doubt (if any), will be with Haseen. Shami should have known this, and BTW, Shami will probably get the support of AIMPLB. This will also be a tussle between a civil court and religious practices.

ok so there ot goes. i never knew this is going to happen. i was there in dubai with my didi to attend family marriage. so we stayed at "the reagent" in dubai. didi and i saw shami at the same hotel when we were coming from the lobby. he was with a woman...and we thought unki wife hongi because we didnt know. i asked for shamis autograph but he went inside the lift and i couldnt follow. luckily we got 307 and shami sir ka room was 315 or 316 just infront of us. i asked the floor incharge to get me a selfie with shami so that i can showoff. i never knew that the woman is a pakistani. and "sex" ; that might be true coz , morning me jb breakfast trolley ayi to floor incharge ne bht bar knock kiya..but they didnt open. so now i come to know ...us time kya chal rha tha . hasin jahan mam has a stronger stand on her side. she is fighting alone. whereas shami is nowhere in the screen. god bless both.
