Hello, in this video I show you some of painful things every player experienced in BeamNG.drive. If you enjoyed the video, please like and subscribe! Discord Server: / discord
nah.. I can barely feel the difference... it's probably better to wait for the the next update which will change the UI (and probably will also break a bunch of UI mods)
The synchronizer damage is actually nothing to worry about unless you do something REALLY stupid or are driving the T-Series, in the case of the latter you're basically screwed if you shift 0.0001 seconds faster than you're supposed to.
having beam installed on an NVMe SSD helps tremendously I'm pretty sure i can load up WCUSA in less than 30s and it's not even a fancy one, just a 1TB entry level drive definitely a worthy investment
I have a decently old PC, so I have even more UI lag than you. Sometimes it takes at least 10 seconds to select something in the parts selector (between when I click and when it works). One of the bigger things for me though is that the regular UI is laggy, not just the vehicle selector or parts selector. After I've been playing for a while the tachometer, speed, and all that get down to like 3 FPS and it's super annoying, especially when driving a manual car.
Ive played beamng for 422 hours. Ive encoutered EVERY SINGLE of these pain issues, and im encountering them EVERY SINGLE DAY... pain doesnt know where to stop
Another thing about ai,if they are in Flee mode they will actually go on a path most of the time,so really only random option is truly random, also if you use a car that is any fast, like at all, they will have no idea how to brake,i usually have to use racing cars for ai because thats the only ones it can control
the woest pain is when you spawn AI traffic, just for the loading clock to be stuck on the screen, cars are spawned and driving, but not fully spawned and you have to restart the game for it to work...
the synchro is really a problem for me as my G29's clutch is very unstable. Why can't they bring back the old clutches where it would just make a grinding noise then allow me to shoot into reverse going 200kmh+
I am having all shits in this video (I have decent pc with 16GB RAM and GTX 1660Ti). We all know BeamNG still in early acces so it will be fixed in the future (I hope so). In every update BeamNG team makes the game more optimized and better. We loved BeamNG with its painfull sides and we will keep loving it!
my loading times are absolutley awful, sometimes i even have to restart the game to get a map to load. i do have 690 mods (not so nice) but still, it's really slow
As someone with 1000+ hours on the game, and played the game on a shitbox pc, i got used to the slow UI, low FPS and long waiting times. Also, o i l s t a r v a t i o n
i have been playing the game for 10 years, i went from a shit laptop to a fine pc to a good pc, i know what its like, the slow ui is the most painful because it makes my good pc feel slower lol.
Theres a difference between slow and laggy UI. By slow UI I meant that it takes a long time to, for example, load the car list, by laggy UI I meant that its just laggy, it looks like it runs in 20fps even though the game is running at 60fps.
You are right about the synchro damage and also about the AI, I play Garage2Garage missions a lot and also the Career mode, the AI is always there, I really wish theyll make the AI drive faster, its just so painfully slow
Im running on unstable 60fps with one car spawned on lowest graphic settings, with traffic on (i have it set to 6, because it doesnt really affect the framerate anymore) i get 20-40 fps, with shadows on I would be getting 30 fps maximum
@@official_Quube I'm thinking about it, but I don't really want to spend 400pln just to play Beamng smoothly. It works, it's just sluggish. I got used to it, though if I ever get another game that requires more ram, then I'm gonna buy it
@@kaktus8999 ram doesnt really do that much to performance, it wont double your fps or anything like that, but it will make the game less laggy. I am looking to buy a new better PC, but I dont have enough money for one yet
yeah, ture, but the ai is just realistic... there are enough assholes on the street lol, but I don't have problems with that because i can shift gears hahaha
My specs are kinda bad, and I also have a laptop, with integrated graphics and a dedicated GPU. My specs are: - AMD Radeon RX560x - AMD Ryzen 5 3550h with Vega Mobile Graphics 6 - 16 GB Ram 2400 mHz
Its not 2006, more like 2019, but bad AI, laggy UI and slow UI is definitely not my fault, as most of my friends with very good PCs also experience these problems
@@official_Quube i suppose i have an ever better pc than your friends do. i've never experienced laggy and/or slow UI. as for the bad AI part, that is not your fault
real (if you want faster ui just pause the game)
Thank you for tip
nah.. I can barely feel the difference... it's probably better to wait for the the next update which will change the UI (and probably will also break a bunch of UI mods)
the bad AI is just realistic drivers
Realistic drivers in Russia.
Ah yes in real life if you slightly tap the curb you teleport across the globe

Or (from what i've heard) if you don't press the clutch 100%
@felipeferreira00 yeah
@@official_Quube you can change the input in your settings as far that i know so you don't have a problem with that
@@dylandetaeye i dont need to, its more fun with the clutch, and it doesnt happen to me all that much, mainly when my game lags

I miss "synchronizer damage, please use the clutch!"
Me too, but this is more realistic
@@official_Quube Yeah I love the new system for sure, but I miss the old message 😢
It’s painful cuz it’s realistic :)
*Also there is dynamic gas prices and speed traps in career mode*
I knew about the speed traps, but not about dynamic gas prices, thats very cool!!
Ive played beamng for 422 hours. Ive encoutered EVERY SINGLE of these pain issues, and im encountering them EVERY SINGLE DAY... pain doesnt know where to stop
We are in this together
Wow, someone finally got the same issues as me :D...
1.1k hours since 2022 and all of these still happen on a daily bases (missing the obligatory vehicle instability and/or subsequent crash)
6739 hours and this is very true, especially the grinding

As a Beam player, I can relate to this…
I enjoy the synchro damage. Because I never experience it cause I'm not bad at driving.
as someone with almost 8,000 hours, this is too real.
As a person with 750 hours on beam on a nasa pc I can confirm these are true, especially the first two

If you use the new Ui it fixes all the issues of laggy ui, unfortunatly this is only for vehicle config but still
It will most likely come in the next update, which isnt very far Away from now
loading time depends on ur pcs performance. for example my old pc takes about 3 minutes to load and my performance pc takes 30 seconds to load
I'll keep that in mind, thanks
yo thanks using for my idea btw i am fish gaming

I love this game. It does just about everything I could ever ask for.
With that said this is the worst optimized game I have ever layed eyes on.
I agree lmao, but its still my favourite game, I have over 1000 hours in it and I am happy to do double or even triple if not more than that

Hopefully more optimizations to come for Beam
