At that time I felt sad reading it because as someone who is living alone, having friends to live with, to whom I can cook and share food together is my dream. Best type of pasta is the one made out of Durum wheat (A type of Italian wheat). It tastes DELICIOUS. More delicious than the ordinary semolina-all purpose combo. Its also healthy and contains fibre. With durum wheat pasta, You don't need to make elaborate sauces. Simple Tomato+ hot chilli powder+oregano+sugar+ some ketchup+salt. Cook this with olive oil and reduce it a little. Throw in some aldente durum wheat pasta and you're Done! Tastes very nice. This can be good for people who don't like onions and garlic. You can add them if u like though.

...they started with diet foods 😂😂 but ended up with ramyeon and kimchi rice 😂😂😂... the more you diet, the more you crave for something else .... the more you eat...😂😂😂😂...been there, done that 😂😂😂
the recipes are healthier than their regulr versions, but not so healthy as to be diet food. However, its definitely better to get accustomed to eating this way, its better to maintain weight. This episode is from a few weeks back. I tried to make the pasta salad and it was AMAZING. Seriously. try it
Instead of fresh cream she could have used milk+ pepper combo. Healthier. As for the risotto, cauliflower rice is super easy to make. But I do believe it comes out in a food processor better. A blender turns it very mushy while the processor keeps the texture nice. A lot of people are against the cauliflower rice to look "edgy" -_- But it can be turned into a number of very tasty dishes! There is purple cauliflower too for purple cauliflower rice!
