That little Melinoe is so freaking cute! Also, the narrator’s name is Homer!? That’s a great reference to the Odessy, because he wrote it!
I am really sad though that we’ll probably never see young Melinoe in flashbacks interacting with her best big brother Zagreus, mother Persephone, and perhaps dare I say, even father Hades himself! Hopefully they’ll at least be seen hanging around in the post game like Persephone in the first.

I love that we get to see that Hecate was a kind guardian to Melinoe when she was so little. Poor thing's been through so much it's really heartwarming to see her being so playful and sweet. Also that reveal of the narrator having been Homer this whole time is awesome.

oh no actually Hecate revealed that when Chronos attacked, she took 3 things and left: Mel, Hypnos and the unfinnished family portrait. The reason why only those 3 were bcs, those were the only thing she saw

what is Hypnos is asleep since last time he was Getting involved in a war he got lightning bolts for trying to stop it so I imagine he tried to save Mel then went to sleep to hide. just my thought

Taking down a god because of his own vulnerability that can be made 100 time worse with a simple spell... Look a lot like the prison where Chronos was. You see the irony in the situation...

Huh, she doesn’t have the skeleton arm, so it isn’t just something she was born with like Zag’s burning feet.
I wonder how she got it. Perhaps she lost the arm in some kind of attack from Chronos’ forces and Hecate had to conjure a magical prosthetic for her?
