Just had one of my best matches ever in IB running a similar briarbinds build with Veles-X and Travelers' Chosen. I was able to get golden tricorn x2 a few times from my child and absolutely melt people. Getting an overshield from a weakened target was also nice. Lots of fun.

you know, on the surface heal clip seems redundant with warlock devour but any time spent reloading is time you're not refreshing your health with kills so it might actually be worth trying over enlightened action since the reload is already pretty quick

Great build, I love voidlock builds and this variation is cool enough to almost get me to load up destiny again. ;) This is some of my favorite kind of content that you create, I wish Bungie promote it officially.
Food for thought TV, Just a suggestion, but with thorn being so prevalent in the meta right now, I would highly recommend a bump from tier 5 to tier 6 in your resilience, as it will help you survive the two tap. I believe the best thresholds for super gain are tiers 3 and 7, so you could probably go down from tier 4 if possible. Love the content brother!
been playing a pretty similar build, though I use harvest rather than expulsion. You weaken so many enemies that you can squeeze an absolute TON of orbs out over the course of a match!
child support is the craziest name for a build I've seen yet 😭😭😭 S tier build btw, you should try a secants filaments build that grants devour on command, overcharged nades, AND child of the old gods, It's the final form of voidlock!
This works better than I expected in pvp. I love this as is, but I think thorn might be my eventual endgame. When you hit them with thorn, they like to hide around the corner, then that child starts draining them. 😊
For those who want a Heliocentric replacement since it can be difficult to get a good roll, try focusing Redback-5SI from Banshee when it's Veist day. They're both solar 360rpm sidearms. Heliocentric is a bit better, but Redback (if you're lucky with Veist Stinger) can get you an extra kill or two before having to reload
I spent about an hour in the lost sectors last week just to get the right stats on these gauntlets. If you don't have a KC side arm, a wave frame GL (Harsh W/ disruption break) and Thorn w/ the catalyst is pretty fun to use in 6's

That meta was strong. I also played with every pentacle weapon. I believe that mountain top is destiny's strongest weapon ever.
