You got to try it with targeted redaction its a void handcannon from season of deep. Has disablizing rounds. Its a void sunshot u have to try. The gun well great have a crafted one.
So I absolutely love Briarbinds and if you really wanna push things, use The Title smg. It’s origin trait grants 5% class ability energy on kills. I’m using one with threat detector and repulsor brace. With the void soul basically always up to weaken things, repulsor brace is constantly being procced as well. Between devour and the overshield looping infinitely it’s easily one of my fave build for solo dungeons and legend/ master lost sectors
Hear me out... Osmosis/firefly Fatebringer + Buried Bloodline (w/ catty) + whatever heavy you prefer. Devour is always up, weaken with souls or Bloodline, and you can stack the hell out of void surges and have them always proc'd!
I'm sure someone has mentioned it in the comments already but Ros Argo IV with Repulsor Brace + Onslaught is a Void auto that is perfect for this build.
I could also recommend age old bond, easier to get (in theory) craftable and with good synergy with void verbs with repulsion brace, destabilizing rounds and even collective action, I really like the firefly destabilizing rounds tho, the chain reaction it can create is so funny.
@@chrisb.2028 Age Old Bond is a great choice as well. Sadly I don't have it. Because the void soul is already applying a debuff to enemies, I would say Golden Tricorn or Kill Clip would be the better pair with Repulsor Brace. The great thing about it being craftable is you can have as many rolls as you want for any scenario.
*Void Auto Rifles to support this build* 1) Age Old Bond (craftable, obtainable from the raid “Last Wish”) - recommend Repulser Brace + Destabilizing Rounds for overshield uptime + crowd control 2) Gnawing Hunger (focusable at the Drifter in the tower) - recommend Subsistence + Demolitionist for extra grenade energy on kills and an AR that almost never has to be reloaded
Add Final Warning to this so that targets are unraveled and the Void Soul will continue to damage them creating more unraveled round flying around. But this season you can use the artifact mod Unravelling Orbs and Horde Shuttle and use any Strand weapon for crazy synergy.
Man I am so happy to see another player who loves the Void subclass. One of the main reasons I was originally a warlock when I first started Destiny was because of the void subclass. So I'm always down for any void build 😃
I loved how you went to in great details how the child of the old God works. I'm a warlock and I hope you'll do more of this kind of videos thank yoi so much.
I think it would be awesome to see a video of the Aeon gauntlets from all 3 classes in 1. Showing how they could be used together to the best of their ability.
I think we would need to think in three builds that synergies with each other and get enhanced a lot by the benefits of aeons, if your build doesn't need class ability or grenade, the benefits are wasted, if your build is centered around your special weapon, getting more heavy doesn't add much to your build (specially if you need to go and pick the brick), also the benefits should justify taking off your other already good exotics to run aeons instead, and be a somewhat coordinated team.
This is a great build. I was able to solo the Shattered Throne dungeon using it with hardly any Recovery (but I had nearly max Resilience & Discipline). Once I figured out how to retrieve and re-deploy the Void Soul the ability regen was insane. Well done my good Sir and Thanks! I have to add that Tigerspite with Kinetic Tremors & Dragon's Breath really helped to melt the Mini-bosses and Bosses. I've watched a lot of Destiny 2 build videos on TH-cam and this is my favorite one for Warlocks.
It is also funny that the "child" is like mini tether, it spreads debuff to other enemies such as jolt or volatile. My personal favorite is to pair the gauntlet with the final warning pistol and spread unravel to the entire room of ads and elites.
I’d be excited to see Ruinous Effigy. The lore behind this wood-weapon sprouted from the Tree of Silver wings takes me back to the days of Season of Arrivals when the pyramid ships, witness, and darkness were still these ominous unknowns..
I just acquired the briarbonds gauntlets today, like 20 minutes ago, and this is the first video on TH-cam I see. Love the series. So many good builds, keep up the good work man! Love the vids
I used a briarbinds build with graviton lance and scatter grenades with empowering rift. It actually worked extremely well in a raid scenario. I also enjoyed using nova warp, even though there are usually better supers to use.
I like to use felwinter's with the finisher-related fragments. So, when I get a finisher kill I get the felwinter weakening pulse, I apply volatile to a ton of stuff around me with echo of cessation, echo of obscurity grants you invisibility when you get a finisher final blow, and echo of harvest grants orbs of power and void breaches by getting a precision final blow on a weakened target (you just created a bunch with felwinters), so I just pick whatever I want because I am invisible, walk up and shoot that weakened enemy in the precision damage spot with a destabilizing rounds weapon and blow up everything else that happened to get volatile applied from the finisher kill. Rinse and repeat. It does take some setting up, but once you get it going you start to get finisher after finisher after finisher and enemies in a radius just kind of stop shooting at you and your team. Bonus points if a champion gets hit by the pulse. @@db1872
@@Space_VVizardthere was a really early fast endless loop you could do with solar before the 3.0 came out almost instant melee back (without monte) was almost as broken as proxy knife or bonk hammer but because WELL no one thinks outside it

It will work most seasons but this season gets benefits from artifact. Class and Subclass: Warlock Stasis Exotic weapon: Winterbite Exotic Armour: Karnstein Armlets Rift: Healing Rift Artifact mods: Flint Striker, Torch, Pillar of Ice, Hail The Storm, Dragons Bite. Helmet mods: Hands on, Harmonic Siphon, Heavy ammo finder Arm Mods: Dealers choice, I just use double vigor to increase my stats (prioritise discipline over strength if not 100). Chest mods: Double melee resistance (can swap 1 for another resistence depending on content) Leg mods: Stasis weapon surge and Elemental Charge Bond Mods: Time Dilation and Reaper Other recommendations for loadout. For a kinetic i use the riptide with autoloading vorpal (chill for this build isnt necessary imo) just to help with extra damage at range. Scatter signal is good too, i just prefer riptide for stasis surge etc. For a energy i use calus minitool with incandescent for general ad clear and this season for flint striker. Gameplay loop: Get an enemy low with any of ur weapons and then do a finisher for restoration x2 with karnsteins, from then on just use normal winterbite melle to keep extending it. Freezing larger enemies with winterbite gives damage resist and spawns shards which give overshield and armour charge. For bosses, healing rift ontop of overshield and restoration should be plenty, but glacier nade damage resist is good too, riptide is also used for dps. Calus minitool can be used to proc radiant whenever wanted for bonus damage with torch. I used this build to solo legend and master nightfalls etc, but i wouldnt take it into a gm cause well, its a glaive build lol.
Great work! I literally just updated my briarbands build this week, such a great exotic! Going to pair so well with the Evil/Dark Wizard armour in FOLT. (If it wins lol). Maybe an Aeons build next please!
Thank you! I finally have a worthy void warlock build to use. Just did a lost sector with it which worked great! I had just tried out that exotic the day before too and thought man these are cool. Just because I love child of the old gods
This goes absolutely nuts with a strand HC this season. I’ve been using a crafted Round Robin w/ subsistence and hatchling, an Indebted Kindness w/ voltshot and Dragon’s Breath - first time I’ve ever seen a Voidwalker absolutely COOK in a GM
For your next exotic, rather than focusing on an armor piece, let's do it on specific weapons. Such as, it needing to build around either the forgotten Fighting Lion, or to hopefully get a new glitch, the Telesto.
Use Unforgiven with Demolitionist and Repulsor Brace. Another awesome option is Veles X available in ritual weapons with Repulsor Brace and Golden Tri. Exotic is Witherhoard. Not only does it do alot of dmg, but the void soul will increase the damage ticks from Witherhoard as well.
I would like to add onto reasoning to run echo of starvation: it also gives the energy regen from a devour activation from picking orbs, its the full devour activation, not just the heal
Hey man, nice vid - jus some feedback, a lil section on the basic game loop would be great for any future build vids. I know you break down the interactions in detail in all sections but a quick rotation section would be awesome. Thanks and look forward to the next
If anyone is suffering from the lack of weapons funnelweb is still decent !!! Unforgiven is also nice but it’s a bit too low on the amount of ammo you’ve got. The next exotic id enjoy seeing is the is the eye of another world. Ever since starfire was merged I’ve been searching for something similar to its play style. Love your vids mactics you’ve made my life 10x easier seeing amazing builds shine in its own video is awesome. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to us and the community 🤞🏽🤞🏽
I think talking about aeons could be a good idea, i've seen a thumbnail recently about them, i think there's something to cook with this exotic Always a pleasure to watch ur video Mac!
My favourite exotic right now. I love pet classes in MMOs and this is the closest we'll ever get in Destiny xD Keeping track of my bois, making sure I scoop them up in time, and sending them to the most beneficial location is not hard but just adds a tiny bit of extra complexity to make it interesting. Love it
Another option you can run is any strand weapon (primary or heavy) that has slice. You're already dropping your rift all the time, might as well sever some enemies while you're at it. Now not only are they taking extra damage but they're also putting out less damage
love ur builds and vids man, there so helpfull and the way there presented are just perfected. Maybe a top or rather a idea, we all know that builds are subjective to content. Maybe its a idea to also go a bit deeper into what build to use where. And maybe mention stat prio, i assume ressilience and dicipline is the way to go but its always handy to know what stats to prio, especially if you want to go for triple stat. Am still new to D2 so i still need to look those things up!
I feel this would pair well with a Scatter Signal with sever, especially this season with unravelling orbs. You could pick up orbs with powerful attraction once you cast your rift (which you're doing often) and your Scatter Signal will both unravel and sever, which adds to the survivability and ad clear nature of this build even further
With this build it looks like I might finally be trying the void subclass, been shunning it for too long lol. I'd love to see either a crown of tempests arc or phoenix protocol solar build for sure!
Anyone who loves this build please try with targeted redaction. Its a 120 handcannon from season of deep. U xan craft with disablizing round its like a void sun shot. Must try is so fun specially with this build
This has been my go to exotic since I got it, even with the solar and stasis artifacts this season the sheer amount of damage and healing you get on void is just too good not to use. Chuck in a repulser brace weapon (I use word of crota with rampage/repulser) and you're really cooking. Great video 🤙
Great build, glad to see a video so more people get to try it out - I run similar to what you have here and it's great fun! With the season artifact mod, I suspect most of us have played with all the various OP solar builds - but it is already getting boring - wish the artifact mod was more neutral for this long season. That said I have always loved Void Warlock - Contraverse was and is still incredibly strong once you learn to master the grenade energy recovery, BUT Briarbinds allows an incredible amount of movement - far more fun in that regard. sending, chasing your void souls. hero / legend strikes, careful placement can easily keep a void soul or even two going forever, although i believe you only get a single instance of energy recovery regardless how many you have out. Having multiple out of course ensures you have a steady uninterrupted stream of energy regen. Weapons choice is a challenge for void these days with EXCELLENT options like my crafted repulsor / destabilizing rounds age-old bond adding volatile rounds into this build is pure rockstar, but also have a new contender this seasons and really enjoying the Ros arogos repulsor onslaught - that thing ramps up to 960 RPM and when you get a bit of practice for sustaining uptime is crazy strong. kill 3 red bars to get fast max rpm, switch to a yellow to vaporize him, try leaving a red bar or 3 to occasionally quick refresh the max onslaught - even enough time after a reload( worth adding a single void loader mod in your arms to cut reload significantly, but beyond the 1st mod is very reduced benefit - stick with one) Tons of options, not necessarily the best , but very strong and certainly one of the most enjoyable warlock exotics/builds out there. A couple 3rd weapon options depending on content you are running: watch a couple videos to finesse and practice to maximize firing rate with the Final Warning sidearm, this exotic strand sidearm allows use of some of the artifact perks, get a little unravelling rounds added in is very strong & an excellent anti barrier weapon - plays very nicely with the void build. Alternatively you can focus some vanguard strike buzzard with kinetic tremors is Excellent in dealing with barriers for any who do not yet have the exotic. if no anti barrier champions, Witherhoard DOT on the weakened mob is super effective. the new strand fusion with slice/controlled burst to lower enemy damage 40% is a solid choice for higher content - So many great options this season!
Love the videos! Keep em coming. A great one for my new go to void exotic. I've been a voidlock since D1 and the controverse has had a hold on me for too long! Do Felwinters helm next!
I'd love a reason to use Promethium Spur. Also, for Briarbinds, all the other fragments aside, I feel like the last one you recommended is swappable. I personally love the invis finisher to more safely retrieve my souls.
I would like to see a build with Chromatic Fire since it is one of the oldest exotic in the game and could have some fun with all the solar, stasis, and strand perks this season :)
i would love to see a ice build using cryostesia and renewal grasps. im happy that this warlock build you made has crowd control and damage resistance. keep making wicked builds please i been playing destiny since destiny 1 alpha and enjoy your content ❤
i love these vids but id like to see vids on underused exotics to see if they're any good or have hidden perks/synergy. i'm thinking secant filaments/promethum spur as im a warlock main.
I actually rock the new handcannon with this build using wellspring and repulser brace, it works really really well and makes it very fluid with gameplay

This is nice, been getting tired of using the same titan loadout for a while. Need to change things up, will give this a try. Thanks, mactics!
I would love to see a parasite solar hunter build in the next video
love ur builds and vids man, there so helpfull and the way there presented are just perfected.
Was just thinking about a warlock build!
This build is amazing. I really enjoyed it. Ty
Just did this build with graviton lance.....its INSANE! Everything just explodes
Excellent as always. Fashion on pointe too!
With this build it looks like I might finally be trying the void subclass, been shunning it for too long lol. I'd love to see either a crown of tempests arc or phoenix protocol solar build for sure!
Awesome build. Thanks for the breakdown on briarbinds. Void warlock is one of my favorites.
A build based around Sanguine Alchemy would be cool. It doesnt get enough love. Love your Vids
Been waiting for this video. Has finally convinced me to like and subscribe.👍
Rocking this with Recluse/wither combo has been nuts
Finally...i wanted this build so much...as always great work from the man, the myth, the legend himself Mactics!
Anyone who loves this build please try with targeted redaction. Its a 120 handcannon from season of deep. U xan craft with disablizing round its like a void sun shot. Must try is so fun specially with this build
Weapons recommendations would have been super helpful especially I was looking forward to it that it took you months to perfect 🤷♂️
Nice video
Gnawing hunger is easily my favorite primary. When you wanna run void and don’t wanna be too close with an smg..
This exotic rocks; great video! I'd love to see a One Eyed Mask build for PVE. The Lore tab on that exotic is grim & gritty.
This is my exact build, just swap primary, heavy and 3 armor mods.
Optative- repulsor brace, golden tricorn
Retrofit escapade- forths time, armor lock
Lumina and Boots of the Assembler! It’s a super strong GM/Coil build this season
This has been my go to exotic since I got it, even with the solar and stasis artifacts this season the sheer amount of damage and healing you get on void is just too good not to use. Chuck in a repulser brace weapon (I use word of crota with rampage/repulser) and you're really cooking. Great video 🤙
The stag! Haven't used that one in a while and it was my crutch for a long time!
Great build and very informative Thankyou mate 🇬🇧🍺
very cool, simple, gonna check that out. Never used Briarbinds.
Great video - looking forward to trying this out!
I'd love to see a build video on the exotic glaives
Weapons choice is a challenge for void these days with EXCELLENT options like my crafted repulsor / destabilizing rounds age-old bond adding volatile rounds into this build is pure rockstar, but also have a new contender this seasons and really enjoying the Ros arogos repulsor onslaught - that thing ramps up to 960 RPM and when you get a bit of practice for sustaining uptime is crazy strong. kill 3 red bars to get fast max rpm, switch to a yellow to vaporize him, try leaving a red bar or 3 to occasionally quick refresh the max onslaught - even enough time after a reload( worth adding a single void loader mod in your arms to cut reload significantly, but beyond the 1st mod is very reduced benefit - stick with one)
Tons of options, not necessarily the best , but very strong and certainly one of the most enjoyable warlock exotics/builds out there.
A couple 3rd weapon options depending on content you are running:
watch a couple videos to finesse and practice to maximize firing rate with the Final Warning sidearm, this exotic strand sidearm allows use of some of the artifact perks, get a little unravelling rounds added in is very strong & an excellent anti barrier weapon - plays very nicely with the void build.
Great vid Mac, try a build with Final Warning.
Fun build, it’s cool grabbing the old gods orb to reset the timer and throw it back 😂
OUTSTANDING JOB BRO!!! I'm about to go do some field test with your build!!! :)
Awesome build!! Thanks
I'd love a reason to use Promethium Spur. Also, for Briarbinds, all the other fragments aside, I feel like the last one you recommended is swappable. I personally love the invis finisher to more safely retrieve my souls.
Felwinters would be a cool one to use
Yeah nice build mate , really great at all areas 🎉
Love to see a build around any of the void titan stuff. Seriously one of my favorite titan sub classes
I would like to see a build with Chromatic Fire since it is one of the oldest exotic in the game and could have some fun with all the solar, stasis, and strand perks this season :)
Watching this again, bc you're the best!
i would love to see a ice build using cryostesia and renewal grasps.
im happy that this warlock build you made has crowd control and damage resistance.
keep making wicked builds please i been playing destiny since destiny 1 alpha and enjoy your content ❤
Awww yiss. My fave void exotic for warlock. Has almost completely replaced Contraverse for me
i think that a hoarfrost build could be absolutely amazing!!
i love these vids but id like to see vids on underused exotics to see if they're any good or have hidden perks/synergy. i'm thinking secant filaments/promethum spur as im a warlock main.
I actually rock the new handcannon with this build using wellspring and repulser brace, it works really really well and makes it very fluid with gameplay
