You should do this with different songs and locations. Play Sunshine Airport in an airport. Play Superbell Subway in a subway. Play Waterpark in a waterpark. Play Piranha Plant Slide in a sewer! Play Mount Wario on a snow covered mountain! Play Grumble Volcano inside a volcano!

Next Time Each Cart Should Have a Different instrument
That was my first idea for the sequel, but most instruments don't convert into as funny looking of a kart as a piano.
I wondered about doing it with electric go karts and having one driver and one musician per kart, might've been funny but landed on this in the end
