10:50 When the cubs won the world series it was a huge event in sports history because at the time it had been 108 years since the last time the Chicago Cubs won the world series.
At 11:05, for context that was the Chicago Cubs' first World Series win in 108 years. In 1945, the Cubs were supposedly cursed by a local pub owner because he wasn't allowed to bring his pet goat into the stadium. It became known as the Curse of the Billy Goat and the Cubs didn't win another World Series until 71 years later when they came back from a 3-1 series deficit to defeat the then Cleveland Indians 4-3 in the best of 7 series.
that last segment, when David Freese ties up the World Series is still emotional to this day! the city ERUPTED! you could hear it all over the city. imagine an entire town screaming - not just those in the stadium - the WHOLE city!
David Freese in Game 6 is still honestly one of the greatest single game performances in playoff history (by a non starting pitcher). He just would not let the Cardinals be eliminated that night.
That game was SO awesome and held my breath way to many times that night! Every time I watch the highlights from that game (especially David's AB), I get the chills!! The whole metro area, even metro east (I'm in the northern part of it in Jersey County).
One of my favorite reaction channels. Good compilation of loud crowd and reaction. I'm surprised that the Auburn vs. LSU 1988 football game, aka The Earthquake Game, didn't make the cut
You shouldve heard the crowd in ST Louis Saturday night. When Pujols came off the bench to Pinch Hit in the 7th or 8th inning it went fucking NUTS!!! As soon as he stepped out of the dugout w a bat in his hand the crowd just erupted. I got photos of the scene and they are ABSOLUTELY EPIC SHOTS.
Beat that feeling all that energy all the positive energy it’s amazing even if you didn’t play sports you’re in the crowd you’re part of it you’re part of the good energy powerfull docile
Great reactions, and as an American, love hearing them in the accent. You might check out the crowd reaction to the pick six that assured UGA their first National Championship in 40 years. Both fan bases were crying. Stadium was insane!
I just watched an Eli Manning bit where he put on make up and did a walk on for the Nitty Lions. It was hysterical! Except for the head coach, no one knew who he was. All of the other coaches were like, boy, he’s so good! We should get him!
The cool thing about Navarro Bowmans interception return. The 49ers won that game on that play, the very last game of the old candlestick Park before it was demolished. I also watched the kick 6 live, I still remember what I was doing in that moment. This overtook the "band is on the field" kickoff play for greatest college play ever.
I was at the game at 6:40 as a child. The Music City Miracle. I sat in the second tier and Dyson ran down the sideline toward me. I could have sworn the stadium was going to collapse from the crowd jumping up and down. I felt it moving. The most electric game I’ve ever been to. FYI - that was a playoff game. We ended up in the Super Bowl. We lost by 1 YARD on the final play of the game. I was at that game too down in Atlanta. Heartbreaking.
A hail mary is when the trailing team only has enough time for one last play before end of regulation. The pass is thrown directly into the endzone which is usually packed with defenders as well. If against all odds a player from the trailing team comes down with the ball they complete the hail mary to win or force overtime.
They were all awesome! But I have to say that the one with David Freeze with the St Louis Cardinals was my (and MANY other Cardinals fans) favorite! It wasn't just that one, there was another one he did earlier! He was the home town hero for that year's World Series! Was so awesome!

Kabir! You have to listen to the Auburn radio call on the kick return from the auburn vs alabama game! Absolutely electric! Also, that game ended up sending Auburn to the National Championship game over Alabama!
@@kabirconsiders I was an instructor for the AUMB that year and I was standing on the sidelines when this play occurred. I have been to many exciting games, including National Championships, but I have never experienced ANYTHING like that one. That Baylor game was amazing! I was a student photographer for Baylor’s newspaper at the time so I was right there on the field the whole game. That touchdown was great and I got a great shot of Kendall’s huge grin as he came in to score. However, my favorite moment was RG3’s touchdown pass to Terrance Williams with 8 seconds left to win the game followed by the fans rushing the field! It was a massive win for Baylor and pretty much got RG3 his Heisman. The best game I’ve ever been to.
There were certainly some awesome and loud moments in there. The loudest reaction I’ve ever heard was when Tennessee beat Florida in 1997 at home. It was absolutely deafening! Tennessee hadn’t beaten Florida in years. Later that season they would go on to win the National Championship and have a perfect 13-0 season.
I've been going to pro sports and college sports games from the time I was a little kid and was lucky enough to go to a bunch of Vikings and Twins games at the metrodome as well as do the jump around at Badgers games. I can tell you this, the loudest noise I've ever experienced was the 163 game at the metrodome against Detroit. The twins and tigers were tied after 162 games and this was the first tie break game in baseball I think maybe ever in over 100 years to make the playoffs. It went to extra innings in the metrodome and the twins won on a walkoff hit. The metrodome was louder than any other vikings or jump around Badgers game I've ever been to and I was there for Moss, Favre, Adrian, NFL playoffs, all that. That was the loudest roar I've ever heard in a stadium but nobody ever brings it up on these videos
You mentioned OKC crowds “popping.” We have one of the smallest arenas in the NBA, but there was a time (before the Thunder dismantled the team and thoroughly started sucking 🙄) that the OKC arena was known as hostile territory, and were consistently in the top 5 of attendance. Crowds were INSANE. They actually named it “Loud City”….one of the SMALLEST arenas.
Kabir, back in 1968, there was a local high school that made it down to the Illinois State Basketball Finals. By Sat. aft., the original 8 had been pared down to 4, and the winner of this game would be one of the schools in the finals that night. They played a school from the opposite end of the state, and it was back and forth the entire game, and even went into double overtime. At the buzzer of overtime #2, a desperation shot was put up--and the other team won. What an exciting game, even though the wrong team won. I was watching at home, and couldn't stay in my chair.
The domed stadiums used to be the loudest. In 1993, the Minnesota Twins set a record for loudest sports event. I think the reached like 130db at times. As far as recent football moments, the Seahawks and the Chiefs were setting records, back-and-forth, for awhile. The Chiefs stadium is one of the oldest in the NFL, but when it was built, it was a very futuristic design. It's been among the loudest for several decades. The Seahawks call their crowd "The 12th Man". It's built with some of the same characteristics as the Chiefs.
There are dozens of more plays that could have made this list. I thought for sure there would be a few Metrodome moments, Kirby Puckett's walk off home run in game 6 of the 1991 World Series for one.
Arrowhead is a great design, but it doesn't have the features to really trap sound. Domes and Seattle couldn't take the record back even with those advantages in design. KC fans are just special.
The Cubs. Imagine your team has won whatever Championship in their sport. Now multiply what you're feeling by a million. That will give you a clue to what all of us Cubs fans were feeling that night. 108 years, which meant nobody alive saw the Cubs win the World Series. Prior to 2016, the last Cubs World Series appearance was 1945, so maybe your dad or grandpa got to see them in the series. Being a Cubs fan is a generational thing. Kids became fans because dad is a Cubs fan and dad became a fan because his dad was a fan. Personally, my mom is a Cubs fan and so am I. After they won, there were adult kids that visited the graves of whomever made them a fan (usually the parents) to tell them the Cubs had won. I remember crying tears of joy, flat on my back on my living room floor, for 20 minutes after they won. My poor husband kept asking me if I was ok. The parade, which came a couple of weeks after they won, was attended by 5 million people. Chicago itself had about 2.7 million residents in 2016. I knew a few people that went to the parade. They had an absolute blast. If you're interested, the Cubs and the St. Louis Cardinals, who are huge rivals, are playing a 2-game series in London on June 24 & 25, 2023.

I don't know the name of the player, but I like seeing his little scurry to get in position. Excellent move, excellent end to that basketball game! 🏀
It was interesting that they chose 2 Seahawks highlights that were from the same game. Being at MLS Cup 2019, when the Sounders scored, it was bonkers.
They just don't want to accept the fact that soccer is the world's sport and that America has a massive fan base...especially in Seattle. EBFG SSFCTID sky is bluuuue, sea is greeen, Seattle Sounders, here we gooo
I was at the Lions game on Sunday and I wish you could have been there to see the effect on the fans when a once hapless and hopeless team played well and won! The crowd energy was phenomenal! One Pride In Detroit!
As a Michigan fan, that Iowa game at 17:27 still haunts me to some extent. Iowa's stadium (Kinnick Stadium) is notorious for being a difficult place to play for visiting teams, especially at night (the game in this video was a night game). Iowa has won 5 of their last 6 home games against top 5 opponents. Michigan is currently ranked 4th in the country and plays Iowa at Kinnick this Saturday. It's not a night game, but Michigan hasn't beaten Iowa on their home turf since 2005, so. . . .
The Titans when they did the trick forward pass play to win were new to Tennessee. That play was called the Music City Miracle. Nashville is the home of the Tennessee Titans.
I'm loving your videos. Started with the college football reactions and the origin on state names. I love watching European football chants far more brutal than ours.
I wasn't there personally but I still recall watching and cheering so loud with the crow on the TV during the 2014 NBA finals between the Spurs and Heat. The Spurs were close to winning the previous year but lost to the Heat. One year later, they came back with a vengeance. When they won it felt truly earned. Felt more like the team won The Final. Even after all these years it feels like something special.
I was at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville,TN in 2015 when the Tennessee Vols played Oklahoma. At one point the measured noise level was 114 decibels. It was absolutely ear piercing. That record was broken in 2021when Tennessee played Ole Miss who were coached by Lane Kiffin. It was measured to be a whopping 118 decibels at one point. No one volunteer or volunteer fan can stand Lane Kiffin because he was head coach at Tennessee for just one season, a good one considering, and he just left. The loudest college football crowd ever recorded was in 1992 when the Washington Huskies hosted the Nebraska Corn Huskers. An eardrum busting 133+ decibels. I just cannot imagine.
14:35 When they said they would review to see if Allen was behind the line, they meant to make sure he hit it from three point range and not two point range, cause if so… wouldn’t have tied the game! 😅 But yes, Allen was one of the greatest 3 point artists to ever lace ‘em up. Was grateful to have him on my Celtics for a few years.
David Ortiz Grand Slam against the tigers ALCS. Nathan Horton Overtime winner against Montreal...bananas. Bruins comeback against the Maple Leafs. As a boston sports fan.
The last one was David Freese hitting the home run at Busch Stadium. The call was made by Joe Buck which was identical to one made by his Dad Jack Buck. The next night the Cardinals won the World Series. Albert Puljols hit 2 home runs. Hopefully Albert will get his 700th home run before the season ends.
That clip will forever give me chills! Any Cardinals fan can tell you exactly where they were when Freese hit that home run! Can't wait to go to the game next week!
I'm shocked that the Miracle on Ice was not included. Perhaps it was not as loud in terms of overall volume (total attendance was well under 10,000), but it was absolute bedlam. When Mike Euruzione (whose name, in Italian, literally means "eruption") scored the go-ahead goal against the Soviets, the roof came off that barn. When the clock struck zero, it was almost anticlimactic. It was as if everyone in the building said to himself, "I'm not dreaming. That just happened, right?".
I have a hard time wondering why a video about loudest crowd moments didn't feature the Guinness World Record for loudest open outdoor air stadium. Arrowhead Stadium (now GEHA/Arrowhead) hit a record of 142.2 decibels during a 2014 game that wasn't even a sold out event. This is why they say the Kansas City Chiefs always have an extra man on the field because the fans are so loud when we're on defense that the offense can't hear their own play calls!
12:35 thats the football game of the century. A lot of ppl missed it but those that caught this game went directly to Facebook talking about the greatest game theyve ever seen. That game was fucking insane.
As an American, the loudest crowd reaction I have ever seen actually came from the UK when Kun Aguero scored the winning goal to win Man City the Premier League back in 2012. Prior to that, I had never seen fans/supporters storm the field outside of college football. One of the greatest sports moments of the last 30 years in my view.
Must check out Bobby Thompson’s home run in the 1951 playoff game. The video with the giants announcer Russ Hodges is the one to see. The giants had been behind all season but had won a string of games to force this playoff game against the cross town dodgers
FYI...a "hail mary" in football is when there isn't enough time to drive down the field before the clock runs out in the 4th quarter. You throw a deep pass and hope your guy catches it. It's a final play of the game...one last chance. Successfull ones are few and far between, hence them being called a hail mary.
I’ve only been to one Seahawks game. Had great seats right by the Arizona side line. Larry Fitzgerald was playing then. He was amazing! I was never able to get tickets to see the NY Giants. Unfortunately. Been to many Yankees games growing up. Only a few Mets and Knicks. Never been to a Rangers or Islanders game.

Marshawn Lynch Seahawks Saints 67-yard Beast Mode TD Run in super-HD I would post a link to make it easier for you but it won't let me. The run was 11 years ago in a NFL playoff game between the Seattle Seahawks and the defending Super Bowl champions the New Orleans Saints. Every team in the NFL and every sports analysts said the Seahawks had no chance in hell in beating the Saints. But they did beat the Saints and it was because of this run. When Marshawn Lynch scored that touchdown and plowed through the Saints entire defense the 68,740 Seahawk fans at the stadium lost their minds. The Seahawk fans at the stadium were so loud and jumping around so much that the nearby Pacific Northwest Seismic Network station registered there activity as a 2.0 earthquake. This was without a doubt the greatest run in NFL history.

LSU vs AU in 98 caused an earthquake too and wasn't on here. Neither was the Saints blocking the Falcons punt their first game back in the Dome after Katrina. Didn't even have Bonds hitting his 756th HR or LSU walking off the CWS in 96
A long pass is not a "Hail Mary". They are simply long passes. A Hail Mary is a last second pass into the end zone at the end of a game or half. It's called a Hail Mary because they are throwing up a prayer.
That last one was EPIC. So much so that a decade later Houston fans are still LIVID to the point that a year or two ago a guy actually dressed as David Freese for a villain themed Halloween party
Loud crowds have to include the 1987 and 1991 minnesota twins in the world series. Burying the needle on a decibel meter. The cubs winning the world series for the first time in 100 years
That 2nd one (Indiana/Kentucky) was when they had to make changes with player safety and fans storming the court. You can see a Kentucky player almost get trampled.

My brother in law was a coach for Buffalo when Tennessee had the Nashville Miracle. Everyone on the team still says it was a forward pass
We do LOVE our sports here in USA🇺🇸!😉😊
Kansas City Chiefs Fans: We're loud and proud when Red's ahead!
World record holders baby!!!
@@eovniel, AMEN!!!!
We are a player on the defense. 3rd down we are on our feet. It’s our job.
Chiefs Kingdom!
That Seahawks Packers NFC championship game was insane
man a big win can be so important to a city and the state. haha I love it in its weird way.
2:05 That's not a hail mary lol
3:37 Now that's the defintion of a hail mary, 4th quarter, 20-20 with 0:00 on the game clock
That video got me hyped! And missing my basketball days!
You should see the immaculate conception from the Pittsburgh Steelers from back in the 1970s fantastic play
I loved watching this with you! Do more, please.
Love the sport reactions
@@fayebell4716 go Albert.
That beautiful moment is in a class by itself.
4:00 they were down like 18 points with a bunch of turnovers then won the game. Still remember that game since I was there
Your reaction to the “kick 6” is hilarious.
10:00 WR Larry Fitzgerald retired from the NFL 2 years ago.
Tua tagovailoa is now my NFL quarterback with the dolphins. Love that guy. The samoan sniper!!! 🐬
to add onto the answer for Larry Fitzgerald, he is on a broadcast every week with Tom Brady on Sirius\XM.
i’ve heard that at one point t a crowd at a rock concert held in Wembley stadium held the record for loudest crowd
12:35 thats the football game of the century. A lot of ppl missed it but those that caught this game went directly to Facebook talking about the greatest game theyve ever seen. That game was fucking insane.
Um, the LSU game that registered as an EARTHQUAKE?
As an American, the loudest crowd reaction I have ever seen actually came from the UK when Kun Aguero scored the winning goal to win Man City the Premier League back in 2012. Prior to that, I had never seen fans/supporters storm the field outside of college football. One of the greatest sports moments of the last 30 years in my view.
The Seattle Seahawks Crowd is known as The 12 Man. The crowd can get so loud that it can effect the players on the field.
As a Wisconsin resident these hurt lol
In Clip 2 Did anyone else notice that the 3 pointer that Indiana scored was put on Kentucky score total.
As a Tennessean, that clip of the Florida Gators winning it at the last literal second hurt my soul a lil bit. I’m a Gator Hater through & through🤣
I’ve only been to one Seahawks game.
Some of these won championships like 5:55. Not a Hail Mary because it wasn't intentionally thrown into a bunch of waiting receivers.
React to "LSU Earthquake Game" on the joshburfordband channel. Also "Loudest Moments AT LSU's Death Valley (Tiger Stadium) HD" on the Merino 33 channel. Or the history of the stadium on "LSU's Death Valley" on the Saturday Down South channel.
I'll put it on my list!
Yeah. They were playing Auburn I think. It gets real loud at Auburn's stadium too. Many frustrating losses there for my team. ROLL TIDE
Rupp Arena at UK gets wicked loud. UK faithful will travel to away games and drown out opposing fans as well.
At 9:58 u mention "he must be in the NFL". . . That is actually the nfl u are watching. It's can be hard tell if it's college or professional unless u know the teams . Love your videos!!
Ohhh I thought it was college football 😅
I was at that Colts game! My brother and I went.
Definitely need to watch Larry Fitzgerald highlights. Dude was a beast.
How in the world could they not have the BEAST MODE RUN? The crowd reaction was so loud and insane that IT REGISTERED AS AN EARTHQUAKE IN SEATTLE!!!!!
I can’t believe it either I love beast mode
What’s that?
@@susanfontaine5214 Whats the beast more run?
Do a search on TH-cam for this exactly.....
HD!!! Marshawn Lynch Seahawks Saints 67-yard Beast Mode TD Run in super-HD
I would post a link to make it easier for you but it won't let me.
@@VorchaKali My fav 12’s video is a random one from somebody walking towards the stadium from a couple of blocks away. If you haven’t seen it check it out! The title is “Seattle Seahawks vs Saints Earthquake, Guinness world record crowd noise MNF 12/2/2013” and the channel name is Temblor
He called everything a Hail Mary except for the only Hail Mary in the video
That last one was EPIC. So much so that a decade later Houston fans are still LIVID to the point that a year or two ago a guy actually dressed as David Freese for a villain themed Halloween party
I know that as a Patriots fan I’ve been massively spoiled, but 8:05 still hurts almost 15 years later 😆
Wonderfully done :)
That was fun! So many good ones, I’m sure there are so many more. Fitzgerald is retired I think. He was fun to watch. Good reaction Kabir😄
Yes, Alabama had that play against LSU that year...but they still lost lol.
"Seattle's going to the Superbowl"
Destroys my soul everytime,, 😭😭
The Tennessee VOLS vs the Florida Gators game is gonna be loud..Usually is when you have over 100,000 screaming fans at such a rivalry game...Kabir you should stream it.
Sometimes I wish they’d use the radio calls for these games. For example Paul Allen’s call of the Minneapolis Miracle at 11:37 is legendary!
Oh my god the UCONN win was the first one. I really did not expect to ever hear my college mentioned on this channel.
Not all long passes are Hail Mary's.
Ill always remember that Indiana win over Kentucky…especially because we we watched it at a house party and my Wife went to Kentucky (im an Indiana Hoosier)
6:15 my favorite orioles moment
When a football game goes into OT, the first team to score wins!
9:10. Jalen Hurts. Now the Eagles' quarterback.
