The relationship between the girls and the staff is so wholesome. You can tell that everyone is very close at DCC. They give Dreamcatcher so much creative freedom, and the girls give them nothing but love and respect. 🙌
DC's company is the place every corporate worker would love to work at but cannot 😔 there are very few companies where everyone gets treated like actual human beings
That's what a real relationship between idols and staff should look like, they're a big family with no difference

It's because their staff ain't doing weird sht, nor are working for a disgusting exploitive company. They're a whole company build up from true strong moral values, humanity and focus on doing ART. Not manipulating kids and masses into mass buying cheap repetitive merch and getting fraudulent wins
its really rare to see such positivity within a kpop company, i hope they will remain it for as long as possible.
Like SuA said, CEO Lee-nim joins the “dinner” VLives only when she’s in them. He probably knows her better and treats her like a real daughter, because SuA was *(Edit: the following is the wrong information; check the replies :)* the first trainee to join DCC out of the other original members. They both look really similar, too?! And their energy is so chaotic. I love these interactions, and I’m so happy that most of the staff have been there since the beginning, providing us with many laughs, too :)

@@jilltj7627 Yeah, that's correct. My fault. I confused her training the longest (under a different company), with when she joined DCC. But I think that's even more impressive that CEO Lee-nim and SuA get along so much, despite the reduced time they've known each other. The loud ones must gravitate towards each other :)

I love that they can eat whatever and not get scolded and the members even stated the staff would leave them food for MV shootings when a lot of other companies make their idols diet. Honestly over a decade as a kpop stan this by far the best company I ever witnessed to their artists and I forever am happy I stan Dreamcatcher.

Dreamcatcher Company is my favorite chaos family in the entire world. Jiu recently said that their company dinners are crazy because everyone is so high tension, and now I really wish I could see a clip from one to find out just how crazy they really are. lol
I had been a kpop fan for a long time, and you always heard about the bad behavior and mistreatments that idols get for their companies. That's why is such a relief to see DC company always doing their very best for the girls. The main reason that Dreamcatcher has managed to survive is because they have a great group of people working hard for them every day.

The man lives and breathes that rock & roll style of "I DGAF this is how I run my baby girls" vibe that way and actually broke a lot of generic kpop boss conventions, that in itself deserves a goddamned award if anyone ask me fo real.
they're like a family. I love it coz you can see that they consider each of them as equals, like there's barely/ no awkwardness in their interactions.
As Somnia, I think we some times forget that we owe the staff a lot of credit for helping the us and the girls connect. Thank you to all the DC/HF staff that help make Deukae successful, making their work enjoyable, and bringing us great DC content! Dreamcatcher, Happyface, InSomnia fighting~!
I recently rewatched Mixnine and I fall in love with Dreamcatcher even more because they’re not only kind to each other, they’re friendly to other trainees, idols, and even their staff. They truly are amazing people. Dreamcatcher best girls.
Still can't get over Leez-producer-nim and Ollounder-producer-nim. I can't count how many times I replayed that episode.

You can tell a lot more about an artist by how they behave off-stage rather than on-stage, and this confirms to me that DC are just the nicest, happiest, friendliest, purest bunch of girls that we have had the blessing to see come together in a group 🙏 also, thank you to all the DCC staff, stylists, composers, dancers, managers for working hard for the girls!! 💕 And of course Insomnicsy for compiling this lovely video :)
