These moments with their staff are proof that they are surrounded by a good company and are enjoying their idol life 🙏 Part of the reason for their success is because they really are a family working together 💕
BBC aka blockberry creative could never relate to this and I mean never.
Im surprised not a lot of people outside of insomnia circles mentioned how well treated DC is among entertainment companies in kpop
Yes, HF is more focused in the music, and the success and that includes the well being of the girls, instead that comercializing the fantasy and image of many other companies
Agreed, and these are just the new ones, there are more from the past! They have been in good hands from the beginning 🥺
There's also one interview where Jiu mentions that the CEO always used to be in stressed during awards shows for DC and used smoked so when they won the first win she wanted to tell him, he shouldn't smoke now but since the first win was so chaotic they told him separately.
It warms my heart how they literally are a family and care so much for each other 😭😭

To me, Dreamcatcher Company is the antidote for everything that's wrong with the K-pop industry today. From top to bottom, this is how you run an agency the right way - like a family, with care and respect for everyone from the CEO and the members to the random office staff. Even the fandom is friendly and welcoming. I never have to feel guilty about stanning this group, and it's amazing.
The members and the staff really get along well.
There's always a friendly atmosphere in their company.

IDK about that, the western pop industry is even more rigged than the kpop industry lol
This is the perk of being in a small company, the relationship with all of your staffs is super important to being happy & successful as a group. Not to mention it makes for an unlimited supply of funny moments 😂
So true, when you work for a small company you feel less stressed and less toxic work environment.

I swear DCC is that company who treats their artists like family, no wonder deukae renewed their contracts even before it ended. We stan supportive DCC (also pls promote the girls better tho🗿)

I wish every company treated their artists like this. Everyone is so free spirited with each other it's incredible to watch when you consider what's nornally seen throughout the industry.

Yes, that 1 second moment kinda touch my heart a bit... their CEO is genuinely like a father figure, he is a good man and we all know he is the proudest person on earth for all the achievements and for who has they become now.. I'm so, so glad knowing that Dreamcather are in good hands and surrounds by lots and lots of amazing, kind hearted people.. 😄
Yeah, can't be that many Kpop groups that have such a friendly environment that they're on hugging basis with the CEO.
so many groups' staff will shield away/hide in the background whenever their idols are public-facing. it's really cool to see dreamcatcher & their staff comfortable enough to tease and play with the staff even in front of the camera
