In this video I show how to build a large modern house in minecraft. This mansion is 2 stories tall and has 5 bedrooms. This tutorial is easy to follow but if it is too fast then I recommend to change the playback speed to 0.5 in the video settings.

Hello everyone. At 8:30 I accidentally cut out the part where the second portion of walkway was being built but fortunately if you pause at 8:38 you can see exactly what you need to do. The walkway will be 6 (2x3) steps, and the grass will extend 15 blocks from the wall

I've never struggled so hard to get through a tutorial as I have with this tutorial. I appreciate how beautiful the mansion is and the time put in to making the tutorial, but there are so many different camera angle changes and things not shown in the video that it is very difficult to keep going. I have to keep deleting areas because I think I'm in the right corner; only to learn I'm not. Delete it all and try another corner. This is often on repeat as well. It's rather exhausting, if not discouraging. :S

@@FardeenSk-uh1ie if you are on Java, build this on a creative world, then blueprint it. The blueprint will then tell you how much & what you will need (depends on what blueprint you use) unfortunately you have to build it twice then.

i just finished building part 1, going to build part 2 now, the struggle is unreal, what you all really need to do is just to get all the proportions right and it'll be smooth sailing from there, dont loose courage cuz you'll get there eventually, keep going!!

@@dinorkh8375 Bro, I broke my head in several parts where he did the wrong numbering, there's a part where he kind of makes a checkerboard on the ceiling with wood, his has 4 blocks in the middle and in mine there were 3 and on the side 2 and I did everything just like him. I left it that way because it will be unnoticeable, the only real problem is that camera on top that he uses

Hey i dont want this to offend you or i might be wrong when i was layouting the build at the start i followed and checked everything but it seemed mine and urs were different

That was a stressful long few hours lmao… I got like half the build wrong and had to improvise by adding blocks or moving existing blocks
I followed the exact outline so idk where I went wrong
It still looks amazing I even added my own details to it but for some reason I followed the exact things you said and still hit countless dead spots where I had to think “why isn’t this lining up?” or “why is this bigger than in his video?” “What did I do wrong that this is out of order?” And etc

Is there a material list with amount of each material required? I love planning out builds and it's a bit disappointing that there's no block amounts.

At 6:49 each end isn’t lining up. I’m one block away from one side but each side was build exactly like the video. Any ideas on what I did wrong?
i thought i was the only one trippin, this happened to me too. everything was lined up and perfect with the colored grass so ik i got the counting right... smth isnt adding up here
oh wait i found it. if u go back to 6:49 u can count on the right side there r 7 blocks (including the end) instead of 6 like the video told u. just add another column there

@DaddyFaze so at 6:32 u can see on the right side that they put 5 blocks with the number above the yellow and black blocks. but if u count the yellow and black, there r actually 6 blocks there. (probably just a typo made by creator). i think i had meant to put 5 like the video showed in white text but was referring to the number of yellow and black blocks below that. what i mean is to just make sure that row has 7 blocks in it and u should be good!

At 41:40, for the roof outline after the 3x log placement are you using white concrete or smooth quortz? its hard to tell with your Resource pack. Thanks

Such a great build. Although I wa hoping to have the interior designed for survival based rather thanconcreate stones to make sofas and no beads or crafting room, or enchantment room at all. I'll give you the credit for the inspiration, Will have to struggle to leave the interior empty to design into something else as a starter to Minecraft lol

The building is amazing! I love it! Just a few things that I appriciate if you have put in your video: 1. Better shader to see which block is slab or block, 2. You could have give us more numbers to measure blocks, 3. don't cut out any building part from the video, and 4. don't just copy a hard building part by 1 sec, it was so hard to copy it to the other side. This build is very nice, but at the beginning you should have placed concrete/wool with 2 different colors and then replace it with green concrete to make the outline of the house. It is really hard to tell which corner blocks you counted for each line. If you see this Flying

I can’t exactly because I don’t have the mods to do that. But the build is mostly smooth quartz, oak planks, gray terracotta, and stone. I would get about 400 of each of those to start with. The rest of the blocks are in the 100 or less range

If your placement is off it’s cause the numbers he put in for the boarders at the start are incorrect, when he changes directions with the measurements he did not include 1 block from each angle. It makes it hard to follow to fix it up.
