Don't let this make you believe you can't do it. Through my compassion and ability to talk them through it, I got one person who had been let go from previous jobs to be someone who has grown as a dedicated team player.
Why can I not fully understand what type am I? It seems like I'm both INTJ and INFJ, because there are several things from both types that are true about me and several that aren't so what do I do with it?
