Every single addict parent insults the cps representative you can see it in every family law video on youtube. Nick is NOT the exception, he is the absolute rule. And THEY all claim conspiracy, the government is out to get me, I filed my form but the government deleted it, i never got that information, i never denied access, i never denied this or that, the cps is lying, the GAL is lying, etc.
The fact Barnes does not know that family RELATIVES can be considered FOSTERs just PROVES what a liar Barnes is. He knows nothing about CPS or Family Law or Juvenile court. The reason biological family who take on the kids are considered FOSTERs is because once titled a FOSTER parent, you then have access to a tremendous wealth of services and support in your county and neighboring counties. When I was CASA a case I had actually involved a grandmother who took in her grandchild. She was identified as foster and she got access to so much for this child including horse therapy. It was amazing. Also, once the foster child ages out of the system they can get free in-state college if they sign a document that says they want to remain in the foster care system, until college is done. Its free for them. BUT foster kids all want out of the system, they rarely take advantage of this service, or at least not years ago.

I would dare to say they had exigency circumstances on top of the warrant though. Pretty much anything involving kids gives exigency.
I assume he is talking about EVS on the children’s fault thing. If you actually watch him you can tell he is joking. EVS’s humor is dry and deadpan and when you just watch a clip of it, it is much tougher to see that it is a joke.

Actually the hunter Biden gun case is more righteous than the Nick Rekieta Case. It is just about the same case with firearms yet with no kids involved.
I did not hear Robert Barnes speak out on that Case though.
Think what you want of rekieta but Andrew is in full worm mode, kinda gross.
