Brilliant Gabriel love Birmingham haven’t been in years I used to go to crufts now my challenge is how to get from Scotland to Glastonbury planning has commenced ❤
😂 well done Gabriel, love libraries, I used to work for a French Catholic order, and they had a fantastic ,Iibrary full of old books, some obviously in French, 😂 no good to me, sad when it closed 😊😅
It was brilliant. I am off to see the Mappa Mundi soon at Hereford and that is in the same building as what I believe is the oldest chain library in the country
@@GlastonburyGabriel 😃 I have heard that is Amazing, what a history this island has, when the brothers of Christian instruction school closed they told me I could take a couple of books off my choice, I chose A pilgrims progress, I still have my childhood books from the 1950s, love 📚 books. Have a good trip 😊
Is it still £2 for each journey Gabriel also what is the cost of the train from Bristol to Birmingham? Plz. Hahaha you do make me laugh the tower they brought tiles for but didn't know where to put them lol. I totally agree about the architecture was beautiful.
Well done Gabriel! I am afraid I have to disagree with you re that library. I like a library to be light & airy & though some floors were,-others appeared gloomy with artificial lighting. It all seemed to revolve around the escalators & moving walkways. I like the idea of gardens but it is Spring & not a bulb in sight. It definitely needed cheering up.!
Am enjoying yr Beltane videos- my nephew is visiting Glastonbury for the 1st time just missed Beltane. I think he hopes it will be ‘special’- I will send him yr website!
Awesome library. Great fan of history and books. I have to see it live. Maybe a daytrip when i am in Glastonbury. Thanks showing me Gab.😊
My pleasure

You went the wrong way to the library. Pedestrian access is from behind the town hall
Yea I worked that out when I looked at the map when I got home 😀😀😟

Hi Emma
I use TrainPal and that generally get the best value seats. The busses are £2 till December and TrainPal found me a seat for just under £30 😀😀

Oh well each to their own. I fully respect your opinion. It is unusual for me to like modern architecture
