Sorry to hear that. Just remember "I'm OK you're OK everything will be OK😉 " I was diagnosed some fourteen years ago, at the age of 53, and my wife was diagnosed some ten years before that. When I received the news I was unsure of what to do and a little scared - I'm not embarrassed to say. It took about a year to settle on a treatment that agreed with my system. My best advice is to de-stress as much as you can and keep moving forward - both mentally and physically. Don't feel bad if you need to take an extra "Me Day." Hopefully you have a good doctor that is in your corner. For me every morning is different so having a good support group and a positive outlook is essential to get the end of a ruff evening.
