I'd say its balanced,the sub is not really op,but not bad either,ship has good hp,good armaments,and also has op locked cannon,and 2 helis,only weakness it would have is aircraft as it only has 5 air defense that are put together as one slot,so its pretty good,pretty fun,and not too overpowered as the sub only has 58k hp which can be taken down pretty easily if you have a ship that has 3x or 4x grenade launncher,so overall its a bit op or balanced in my opinion.
