I have a lot of fond memories in this plane - it was always the one to take me to college. We'd take off from YTZ, which only sees Q400s, and it feels like a perfectly normal aircraft. Then you'd land at BOS and park next to the Emirates A380, and it would feel incredibly small.
The JPad can be popped up from the plugins menu, which means you don't have to do this back and forth travel from the checklist items to the corresponding butons and switches. So much easier...
We have the ATR72 and the Dash 8 Q300 operating smaller flights here in NZ, and the ATRs are more powerful than the Q300s. Interesting to hear the differences.
Hey a flight that's sort of local to me! Very cool. I'm used to seeing these dash 8s and have flown on a good few. Great little buzz boxes haha seeing this in the sim takes me back to them
Enjoyed that, a real pilots aircraft. And was a nice landing in those conditions. Great.. I wish more would fly this as its a real challenge to fly and thats fun to watch
