My first thought was that it could be saved and then, like you said, I saw it was too far gone. Glad you got something out of it to keep and reuse. The video was excellent. Best I've seen. You've got a great eye.
I know it has to be done sometimes. But i hate seeing it and love to see homes completely remodeled and updated. I really like seeing victorian homes restored
Trust me, I hate seeing them go to, but the memories are captured and remember for it being in its prime! As of right now, we are currently working on 3 historic houses/ buildings in town to be saved. So more to come on old homes!
I hate seeing the waste of all the wood in these old homes. So much of this can be reused. I understand these old homes are often neglected and or abandoned for so long it would cost more than they would ever be worth to try and save, then there is cost of long term upkeep, it is still sad to see them being torn down.
I was able to save a few of the bigger pieces, but I lot was actually taken a day before it came down. Plus a lot of stuff was warped or ruined sadly. But I’ll post pictures as the pieces will be used in my new home.

Excellent job Chris, I really love the drone footage. Keep up the good work and I will keep watching for new videos.
Thank you for watching! And for sure, there’s a lot more videos on the way!

I agree!
I’ve lost count of how many house I hauled off in Eldorado when I worked at Bulldog
I can only imagine! I know lately it seems they are picking up the pace on these old homes coming down!
The worst part is that nobody saw fit to salvage anything from this house, and there was a lot there.

Ill be looking forward to seeing any pictures you have to share. It's good to know all wasn't lost. It was a nicely done video.@@Thearchivescd
