    TASLA TANGDI RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
    Chicken legs give deep cuts 1 kg
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Turmeric ¼ tsp
    Paprika 1 tsp
    Chat masala 1 tsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Green chili grounded 1 tbsp
    Cream ½ cup
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Chat masala as required
    Butter 4 ounce
    METHOD :
    Marinate chicken in a bowl with salt, pepper, paprika, chat masala, turmeric, allspice, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and green chili paste, mix well and keep it for 2 hours. Spread oil in a tasla, then add chicken with ½ cup water, cook nicely till done, dry all the excess water then roast. Add fresh cream, yogurt, salt, chat masala, pepper, coriander leaves, and chicken tangdi pieces in another bowl. Heat butter and pour on the chicken, serve as a starter.
    TAWA PRAWNS RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
    Prawns cleaned 750 gm
    Onion chopped 1 cup
    Tomato choppered 1 cup
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Allspice ½ tsp
    Dried fenugreek ½ tsp
    Coal to give dum
    METHOD :
    Heat oil on a tawa, adds onion, cook till light pink, add tomato chopperised, cook for 5 mins, add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, coriander, both the chili powder, allspice, cook for few mins, add cleaned prawns, cook for few mins, add coriander leaves, kasuri methi, give dum of coal, serve with paratha.
