Hi when i take a screenshot on my s24 ultra i cannot find it back, it does'nt go into my gallery too, why is that? Plzz can anyone help me over this problem?
Hi, by default it should go there as there is no external memory so if you can’t find a way in settings to fix it, I can only suggest to factory reset your phone. Make sure you backup your data first🙂

Doesn't work for me for either ways, when I press the two buttons it just opens the power menu and the hand thing just doesn't do anything at all
Is should work, hold volume down and power for a bit longer, up to 15-20 sec. If it doesn’t go off, probably the volume down key is broken.
