I have 4c hair but do I use a sponge with the smaller holes for tighter coils/twists or the ones with the bigger holes for bigger coils/twists (not the spiky side of sponge) ??? Any help anyone….

the spiky side is more for making your hair have a nappy style not mainly for free forming
