Rough Animator v3.04 Bug & Workaround

I was having an issue opening existing Rough Animator files on my Mac. I found a workaround and I'll show you my quick tip of how to do it in todays episode of the Expat Animator!

i have this same exact issue but on mobile, is there any way to fix it? i'm desperate!! i worked hours on my project and i really don't want it to just go to waste :(

okay so i did some more digging and i found the files of my project! but for some reason.. all my layers disappeared???? ToT please is there any way to fix this? i've been trying to find solutions for the past hour and so D:

Hmmm, not sure exactly how to fix it so move forward at your own risk, but have you tried updating to the latest version? Otherwise try moving the RA file to another computer and see if you can open it up there.

@@ExpatAnimator i'm pretty sure it's the latest version? i also tried moving it to a pc but to no avail all my frames are gone :(
this actually happened AGAIN a few days ago, where i was just redrawing the animation i lost then my tablet suddenly crashed then when i came back i couldn't open the project! at this point i might give up on using the app because i'm afraid it'll just keep deleting my progress over and over again.. it's really frustrating D:

Hey, I was wondering if you knew anything about this issue? I recently updated my roughanimator program and my stylus no longer draws on the program. The program registers the clicks and the movement, but I can't drag it to make a drawing. The pen works for my other programs, and on the rest of my computer, its only roughanimator where it doesnt do anything.

What version of RA are you using and what computer OS?

Also, RA gets frequent updates so check if there is a newer version and install that and see if it helps.
