I’m just out of words to express how valuable this essay is. Currently, I’m preparing for the CAE exam. And although the structure of the essay in both exams seems to be a bit different, the video is still very useful for me, especially in terms of vocabulary. Thank you !
@@irinastartseva3665 Thanks so much - I’m so glad it’s helping. I also have another playlist which, while not the exact CAE structure, should help with syntax and vocabulary. Good luck! 😉
i really enjoy your videos. I wish you could do a series like this everyday. could you summarize collocations, idioms or interesting expressions at the end of the videos. I hope you can teach us how to write concession paragraph or counterargument to elevate our band score ❤❤
Great suggestion! To be honest, I have tried some videos about phrasal verbs etc but they never do as well as my essay videos. Maybe I’ll try some of those other ideas you mention though. Thanks for your encouragement 😀
Watching your video, I understood so easily what I had never understood before. Thank you very much for making such a beautiful video. I hope you will make such videos for us. Love from Bangladesh.
Hi Stepthen, I have just come across your videos which are rather helpful. I was just wondering if you would also give us tips for ielts reading with examples. Thank you
English is my second foreign language . I hope this channel can improve my level and it will be equal with my first foreign language. I read an article, and the word "effect" was used in the context "it was put to effect" "the aim is to develop new managment strategies and put them into effect" is it good english? It means carry out or implement?
Thanks for commenting. Yes ‘to put something effect’ is a formal way of saying ‘to implement or introduce something’. If you wish to depersonalise it, you can say ‘to come into effect’ e.g. the new law came into effect last year. 😀
Thanks as always for your support 😀 it depends but the whole process is around an hour usually - the writing is quick but the proofreading and editing takes longer. I wouldn’t compare my process to that of an exam however. I allow myself the luxury of time. 🕰️
@@nhunguyenngocbao1055 In my IELTs book, there are 10 at the moment but I’ll add more if I make more vids. In my advanced essay ebook, I think there are 18 and I’m about to add two more this weekend. 😀
I really appreciate your teaching methods, which were helpful for my upcoming exam on January 17th .
Glad to hear that - good luck and thanks for commenting. 😀
@@englishlearningexpert3595 I wish one day i could write my essays as well as you. However, i only need a 7 in Ielts. Thank you so much

Your essays are brilliant and very useful but could you write more reports or reviews? Thank you.
Thanks you so much. My next video will be a review of the movie ‘Oppenheimer’ - I will show a B1 version and the. The C2 edit.

I think this is your best essay so far, effortlessly advanced. How long does it take you to complete such an essay?
