hi friends ♡ how's your week been? rainy season is in full swing here in Korea, and the hot and humid weather has me wanting to be at home with Luna, Juno and Moose ◡̈ I wanted to share with you this week new habits I've picked up for the season and to adapt my routine around having Juno at home. Juno is quite the main character in this video, but I wanted to give you an update after introducing you to her a few weeks ago ◡̈ do you have any habits you've picked up for summer? if you'd like to, please share your routine with me, I love new ideas to add to mine. thank you for being here and wishing you a peaceful week ahead. love, dal ☽
Hey Dal ☽! Your video is so heartwarming and filled with cozy vibes. It's lovely to see Juno becoming a part of your routine. Wishing you, Luna, Juno, and Moose a peaceful and happy week ahead! 🌧🌿
hello again, friend! I’m happy to hear from you again ☺️ thank you for your kind words 🤍 wishing you also a warm and peaceful week, with love from us all here in Seoul 🌙🌿
Juno is such a delight. She is an absolutely adorable but mischievous young lady.😄 I was afraid she’d fall off of your shoulder when she was so sleepy. Thank God she’s a parrot and knows how to keep her balance.😁 Every dish looks so fresh and delicious. It’s great to see you using many seasonal options😘 Hooray for Ghibli movies, fragrant tea, and cozy art therapy!!👏🥰 I’ve just finished The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern and liked it a lot. Although I would alter the ending a bit, I’m a demanding reader, so don’t mind me. I think you’d like it too, so I definitely recommend the book. Have a wonderful week, all four of you!!🧚♀
she's really started to show her personality over the past couple of weeks and it's so sweet! the happy dances in the shower and evening chatter 🥹 I'm trying to savour these moments before she hits puberty and becomes a hormonal teenager and hates me haha. she has actually slipped a couple of times when sleeping on her perch/my shoulder haha, she's still a clumsy little baby. yes being in Korea has made me much more conscious of eating seasonally ☺️ do you have a lot of seasonal foods in Russia? thank you so much for the book recommendation! I'm going to look it up now 🥰 wishing you a peaceful week, friend! 🤍
@@dalsol달설 I’m pretty sure Juno will love you even as a teenager))) Animals can sense and appreciate kindness towards them.🤗 To be honest, I usually feel sad about those birds that are living in cages. But seeing how you treat Juno made me realise there are different, more ethical ways of keeping a pet. You spend a lot of quality time with her, and it’s a turning point.🦜✨ As for seasonal foods, I’d say it depends on the region. The more southern the area, the more vegetable and fruit options there are from spring to autumn. But overall, I guess we have lots of options. There are also many ripe berries right now, and I’m also trying to eat as much seasonal as possible. But bananas are still from overseas.😋 I hope you’ll have a great week and enough time to take care of yourself.🥰
She’s so sweet 🤍 Yes they’re getting used to each other! Juno doesn’t really pay much attention to the dogs but Luna still needs some time 🥹 Thank you so much for your kind words 🤍 wishing you a lovely week, friend 🌿
Juno is such a cutie!!! Thank you so much for another very cozy video - the soup sounds absolutely delicious!! 😍 I've had quite a stressful time too lately, and Ghibli vibes and artsy hobbies are just the best to relax! 🥰
Thank you so much for watching and your kind words 🥰 I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been having a hard time lately too. I hope it passes asap and things become easier for you. Ghibli, reading and art are like chicken soup for the soul 🤍🌿
It definitely feels that we’ve bonded a lot recently 🥹 Luna and Moose are doing well (Moose slightly more so than Luna haha), I’m very grateful for their patience and acceptance ☺️ thank you so much for watching, friend 🤍
Juno’s always so camera ready 🥹 Wow, such an exciting decision! My best advice is to try to be consistent. Practise a little bit of any skill (listening, speaking, reading) everyday if you have time. It can be as simple as listening to music or reading and translating something you see on Instagram. If your goal is to be able to speak, I also recommend speaking as soon as possible and practising overcoming fear and getting used to how the language feels in your mouth. Finally, centre your language learning journey around things you love. Yoga is one of my greatest passions as you likely know, so I watched TH-cam videos of yoga flows in Korean - even when I could only understand a few words. Anything to keep your learning fun and enjoyable for you. Of course there’s studying with books and resources too, but those three tips helped me to progress a lot outside of just grammar and vocabulary. I wish you the best of luck ☺️ it’s a challenging but beautiful language. 화이팅하세요🤍
@@dalsol달설 Thank you, I hope reach a high level in the language. Sometimes I feel that it is difficult, but it is okay, the passion still continues. Thank you for your beautiful advice. I am also a fan of yoga and I started learning it recently. I am grateful to you ❤
As for my routine, I like to lie on an acupuncture mat before going to sleep and do some breathing exercises. It helps me sleep better. I’m a very light sleeper, so I need my body to be fully relaxed to fall asleep quickly.😐 May I ask you how many hours you usually sleep at night? I need 7-8 hours to feel alive again the next day, but I rarely get that much sleep, unfortunately. Maybe I should do more yoga to balance my soul and body.🤔🤭
ooh an acupuncture mat sounds wonderful! I've seen them a lot on social media and always been curious, especially because I haven't had a lot of time/energy for a proper yoga practice recently and my body is so stiff 🥺 do you find it makes a noticeable difference? I'm also a very light sleeper! I use two sleep-tracking apps and I apparently spend so much in the lightest phase of sleep haha. I can survive on 6 hours, mostly because I've always been an early riser and was less conscious of getting a full night's sleep when I was younger, but I would need a day or two of 7-8 hours at the weekend to recharge. But since Juno needs a lot more sleep than I do, I've been conscious of sleeping earlier so she can get enough too. Yoga definitely helps me sleep, so I recommend it, especially yin + yoga nidra! ☺️
@@dalsol달설 An acupuncture mat has been a game changer for me. We all have unique bodies, but I think it works the same way for everyone. The spine warms up, and the neck, back, and lower back relax. At first, you may experience discomfort, but after a few minutes, the body gets used to it. In addition, this practice helps you concentrate better if, for example, you repeat affirmations or prayers to yourself. There are probably restrictions for people with different health conditions, but since you are a yoga teacher, I think you won’t have any problems with this. 👏👌🧘♀ Thank you so much for your advice, I’ll definitely look it up. I know only some simple asanas, but I want to learn more about yoga philosophy and its lifestyle.🤗💗
hi friend, thank you so much for watching my videos 🥹 I’m so happy you enjoy them 🤍 my camera is the Sony FX30 and I use two lenses: Sony 20mm f1.8 and Sony 18-105mm f4 ☺️ wishing you a lovely week! 🤍
yes the cover is made of a very thin and breathable material specifically designed to cover parrot cages! the cover helps parrots get the hours of sleep they need without disrupting ventilation and air flow ☺️ thank you for watching 🤍
