    Pro tip about lowering the seat! Holy crap!!Thanks Jay! Watched this before hitting the hotel gym here in San Diego to give my mind a pump first…Dropped the seat on the life-fitness chest press to the ground and omg….instant incline machine with a pump to prove it. You are the best Jay! Keep up the great content!

    I love how loose and relaxed and personable Jay is now from when he was competing. Jay is the first bodybuilder to really influence and inspire me when I commenced my first bulk. I always admired the mass and the conditioning Jay brought all year long. My goal in life is to live in Vegas and work as a Physiotherapist as well as become a professional natural bodybuilder. I have had my fair share of injuries in the gym as well as outside. I just recently dislocated my shoulder Feb 4th again for the 3rd time in 10 years. I haven't been inside a gym since 2020 and the itch to get back into bodybuilding and competing is starting to become a very frequent thought of mine but for now I have to focus on healing up and just live vicariously through others like Jay and stay inspired and focused! Always love the content man! Keep em coming! 💪

    On the age thing. I've worked with several guys who've seriously complained about not being young anymore and having to slow down. The oldest one was 26. The youngest was 22.

      You think older ages are older than they are when you're younger person based on your perspective. 30's can be your prime though if you take care of yourself. We're all different with that though. Over 60 is old to me, but people in there 20's and 30's complaining about being old or feeling old is just completely laughable.

    Awesome workout brotha! Looking big & ripped as always! It's crazy how many huge, insanely well equipped gyms there are in Vegas, wish there was 1 or 2 gyms like that or dragons lair etc here in CT. Doing a RTD pre-work out and maybe a intra & post workout drink would be super cool and something new for the brand!

      When I lived in CT I used to go to valley fitness in unionville. They had machines for everything you could want, plenty of benches (even decline) and dumbbells that went up to 120lbs IIRC. Not sure how it is now, but if your are close enough it might be worth checking out

      @@lordtyrus1 yeah that's about 45 minutes from me I live in Wallingford. I go to Montanari super gym/powerhouse in New Haven, has DB up to 200 lbs and a bunch of good older equipment but Ive been really wanting to try some of the new arsenal, prime etc pieces that to my knowledge haven't heard of any gyms in CT really stocking or getting. Appreciate the suggestion though, it may be worth a day trip out there just to check out and get a good workout in somewhere new.

    another great gym in Vegas, we have donkey calf raise here at Ultraflex in Saugus Mass...so you know :) always inspiration for us young 50 year olds...lol...Brian from Boston

    I've destroyed my drivetrain. Check the chain very worn but works fine no jumping can put as much power through it no problem, but changed it and the new chain won't work on the old cassette the new chain keeps jumping. So I've changed it back and gonna run it until it dies.

      A chain and cassette wear at the same rate. Replace them both , at the same time , and the chain won't skip ( unless gears need indexing etc). If you use the chain after its worn too much , then the chainwheel ( at the crank), will also wear , and you will need a chain /cassette and chainwheel in no time.

    That a boy Jay, keep throwing in some free weights. I think many these days are choosing machines over dumbs and bars. I don't mind machines as a finisher but the meat and potatoes needs to be free weights.

    Why half the range of motion? Is that specific to the individual? I don't think that works the best for me (and most of the people, maybe because you have such huge chest muscles).
