The question was in regards to black hair and the strict rules to no extensions. Black hair is really rough and the application of hair relaxers always causes the breakage of hair. Too much exposure also leads to hair loss. So our only solution is to braid the hair and and put on hair extension. Thanks to Qatar Airways for granting women of colour to put on extensions and Braids

Hello. Reaching 212cm with just 1 hand is already okay. You dont have to reach both hands. As long as you reach with one hand, left and then right
